Unprofessional and crusty. My encounter with this man disappointing and disturbing. He displayed shocking levels of unprofessionalism and rudeness, making the entire experience deeply unpleasant. His demeanor was disrespectful, and their customer service was nonexistent. It's appalling that a business could treat customers in such a manner. I strongly advise against patronizing this man's "business" until he address his appalling behavior and adopt basic standards of professionalism and respect.

I Bought a 75in Philips from the pawn shop for over 500$ bucks and it went out on me 2 Months later .I felt like I died Lol …. I called bluff Tv repair shop and Mr Bill got me right a week later I’m back on the Warzone and playing music loud on YouTube. Great Work Nice Guy Don’t believe the negative reviews Highly recommend

Excellent service. Owner/operator is not a conversationalist, however knows his trade very very well. I had a repair from him on an older Vizio done same day and it he tv has been working flawlessly ever since. Dare I say the picture and sound even looks better than before. Would recommend him to everyone in a heartbeat.

I have not been here yet but since he lied on me I probably will not go here. As a widow on disability I have to save money for what I want so when he said it will cost 20.00 to just look at my set I said thank you and hung up.

I read countless reviews on here by poor mistreated snowflake millennials that have no idea what the real world is like! They expect something for nothing and believe that they are entitled to it. It's electronics, not voodoo! Troubleshooting and diagnostics must be done if you want it repaired right! DO NOT watch youtube and try to diagnose it yourself! YOU WILL be wrong! Most repair places have years of experience that your snowflake rear end cannot imagine!! LET THE EXPERTS DO THEIR JOB!! I would not go to a doctor and say "I have a headache; please remove my spleen"!
