I talked with Keith at B'ham Broker about selling my 2020 Tacoma SR Access Cab. It only had 31,000 miles on it and was in very good condition.
He told me his plan to advertise it, get it cleaned professionally, and what thier fees for selling it were. I decided to let him sell it.
I'm happy to say that I got more back than I thought I would after everything was setteld. I would definitely recommend B'ham Broker if you're in the market to sell your vehicle.

This was a blessing for my family. We just didn’t have the time to go back and forth with potential clients and worry about the vehicle. Craig took all the pressure and all of the inconveniences away. The truck needed a couple of repairs and he got all of that arranged and taken care of. A local buyer was found really quick!!! We are so thankful to have this process complete and would definitely turn to Birmingham Broker the next time we are in need of selling a vehicle.

Oh, just don't even go here. Let these guys have to get a real job or go enjoy their wealth. Any dealership is better. What a mistake to waste time on a test drive and coarse salesmanship(felt like a rip-off). Didn't buy.

Three words: DON'T. GET. CONNED.
I should have done more deep dives on this dealership before buying a car for my widowed mother, because I would have run away so quickly. Salesman insisted on driving the car before we test drove it...weird, because the lot is literally right there.
Many red flags from the start. He told us if we didn't buy it, he had someone ready to buy it for cheap and laid on the pressure thick. Said he would get the Carfax and he only gave it to my mother after she bought the car.
Y'all...go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

The dealership was closing due to staff family issues, but stayed to briefly talk to me about a car my friend might have been interested in. If I were in the market for a really nice well cared for used high end car, I would purchase one from here!!!!

My dad and I went to purchase a BMW 530I with 98k miles on the car. He was told that the car was a solid buy everything worked as it should. We test drove it everything seemed legit. When we were signing all the paperwork we were told that these cars have a tendency to have the oil level come on but that it was an electronic issue. The car model didn't have a dip stick and was all electronic. 1 week after purchasing we discovered the car had an oil leak. The car started displaying low oil we added oil. 2 days later same thing happened. Added oil again. Next day we were in the process of trying to get it to Birmingham to get it looked at with a bmw specialist. Upon driving it up 280 the car started displaying low oil pressure. upon which then the motor locked up. My dad contacted Keith with Birmingham Broker and told him of the situation . He was told that he would contact the seller and get back with him. After 4-5 days of not hearing anything he started emailing and texting them to no answer. After about a week he was able to reach Keith to which he was told that he was still trying to reach the seller. Im still waiting on that call back. So we have been ghosted!!!!!! We didn't have the car 3weeks before the motor locked up and I'm stuck with it. 1 of those 3 we didn't even drive it due to getting insurance on it. This purchase was for a high school / soon to be going to college student needing a reliable ride and it has been everything but!!!!!!! Would go out of my way to buy anywhere else but here!!!!

My partner and I went to Birmingham Broker to look at an FRS that had been sitting on their lot for a little while. She has been communicating with Keith letting him know we were on the way so we drove 2 hours to look at the car. When we got there were told she could not test drive it because she would “wear out the clutch”. After having the vehicle checked out at the shop next door (which was AMAZING), it had numerous issues we needed to talk about so we went back to his office to chat. She was trying to talk to him about the car and completely ignored her. He was on his phone responding to text messages and never once gave us the respect to even talk about the car with us. He’s incredibly rude when he *thinks* the buyer might not be serious. She even made an offer that he shrugged off saying “there’s no way I can do that”, turns out he could because the car got lowered a few days later. It was quite obvious that since she was a female he didn’t trust her with the car AND he didn’t want to give her the time of day for even talking about price. Do not recommend this place at all. She even wrote a review shortly after and it seems to have been taken down. Super sketchy. Don’t shop here.

KEITH IS THE BEST!! Honest and Trustworthy dealer!!! I paid/wire transfer for a motorcycle to have it shipped. The whole process was smooth and I received my motorcycle within a week and half!!! SUPER QUICK!!! **** FIVE STARS *****
