I had an amazingly positive experience with DAMIAN AND MARK from Best Buy/Geek Squad. We purchased a TV and sound bar and we could not have been any happier!!! They were so professional, patient with all my questions and diligent in all the details of the installation. Thank y’all for exceeding my expectations!!!

Employees are helpless and have no clue about the stuff they are selling. I don't need an a.i. answer. We needed action. This is the reason I rarely go there. If I am going to pay more for products I want service with. Otherwise I will use Amazon if I can't find them to help with a legit answer!

I visited Best Buy to return a dual phone set I had purchased that was still under warranty.This was the second visit with this same brand of phone to return it. It was replaced the first time, but on this visit, the young employee said for me to handle it with the manufacturer.Since I bought the phone from Best Buy, I believe they should have replaced it there in the store, or refunded my money.Who is right about this? It has become impossible to reach anyone in their customer service department

It’s a Best Buy. It’s needs to be remodeled and the staff could be a little more helpful, they always seemed to be barried in their phones.

The store has mostly settled in at this location and as of this review, things move rather smoothly. Employees are fairly helpful, though they don't always have all the answers, so be prepared with your own research. Still, they are pleasant and helpful.

I'm having some interesting ? ? ? issues in my life, and I went to Best Buy to see if I could get some help with my phone ?. The sweet young lady who helped me tried and tried to figure out what to do to get my Whatsapp app back to working ?? ?♀️ but I'd forgotten the original password. So I paid her for her time and knowledge. Then I decided to check out the Android watchs ⌚️ , their pretty expensive and don't fit in my budget right now. But a young man named Michael was very helpful. I continued to check out the store and found a weighted heated belt that would help my aching back. I bought it and left the store. A nice experience. But then I had to get back on the icky 280 hwy and go take care of other important things. I swear that crazy road is the worst thing I've ever experienced. Accidents happen every 20 minutes, I can hear the sirens from my apartment. I think the Alabama Highway ? department needs to hire a few smarter women ? who will look at the whole picture, put their heads together with some smarter men, and fix this highway from H E L L. Just a thought!!!

Had pretty bad experience here. Had problems with a pc I bought from best buy, so i returned the pc and ordered a better one. Geek squad ordered the computer for me. I received confirmation the pc arrived earlier than expected! After arriving to pick up, it took staff 30mins to figure out the pc had been received but was not where it should have been. After about another hour of looking diligently for the pc and having talked to the manger i was told by the manager that they could not find my 3000$ computer. This made my second 30 min trip to best buy in one week to try and buy a good gaming computer. The manager told me there was nothing he could do and that he believed the pc may have been stolen. I was told to leave the store and wait for them to call me after they had figured out what happened to my pc. (Mind you i had already paid for the computer) This had me feeling scammed and extremally frustrated to leave the store with no resolution or assurances. On my way home the manager called me back to tell me they had found it, so i drove back again. He offered excuses as to why this had happened and blamed the mistake on the young man who help me order the pc, but failed to accept any responsibility for anything going on in his store. After all this, i wasn't offered anything to right the mistakes made. They even tried to upsell me on there geek squad protection plan. The least they could have done was thrown that in for my trouble!I no long have much confidence in best buy and i will never trust them with a large some of money again.
