Have to request for them to wash their hands before service. I've experienced that the lashes begin to lift off two days after service.

Never ever… FYI they use hair glue instead of lash glue which is way more damaging to eyelashes so expect those to be ripped off on the next refill.Services: Eyelash extensions

I received eyelashes which was $50. The lady said they would last for two weeks but only lasted 2 days. I came back but it was now someone else working in there. She told me to come back the next day which when I did they wasn’t there but supposedly to close at 8. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this placeService: Eyebrow shaping

Worst experience ever ‼️ Went to get my eyebrows threaded today here. a lot of snagging my eyebrows no volume, shape, or definition took a long time for it just to look like nothing was done to my eyebrows or like I played around with them myself. Sherry is the lady who does the mink lash extension. She will not honor your groupon. She is rude and mean. She said her back was hurting but she will do it for the full price but she want do it for the groupon you purchased from them. Remove it from groupon then. Dont waist your money or time going to these people. Go some where else. Also be aware. They will try to tell you the groupon is for individuals lashes. READ it's not it's for mink lash extension. Individuals cost $30 mink lashes are more expensive. She told me not to buy the groupon because they don't get the money. She told me to come in and to pay her and she would give me the price of groupon. But still didn't want to do it. They need to be closed down or new people

I purchased a groupon for a mink lash extension. Well the lady at this location do want to do it for the price on groupon. She will only do it if you pay the full price. if you don't want to honor groupon take it down. They do that to get you to the place and once you are there they change price. She refused to do my lashes she is rude with a really bad attitude. This is not my first time going through this with her this is my second time. Sherry told me to purchase the groupon just come in the store and pay and that she would honor the price. Well I tried to do that today and she said no the only way she would do it is if I paid the $75. That's not what it says

I called to see about eyebrow waxing and was told the come in. So, I turned around on the highway and went back. Upon walking in, no one was present…not even a single customer. I walked back and waited at the desk. I glanced around to see if someone would come out and looked down to see someone lying down behind the desk. I said, “excuse me,” and obviously caught the lady off-guard. She sat up with drool coming down her face and said, “oh, I'm sorry. Can you come back a little later?” I told her I wouldn’t be able to, because I had something to do. She said, “okay” and put her head back down.

Buyer beware!!!! I purchased a groupon with them, after calling serval times and FINALLY getting someone on the phone I was treated very poorly by a rude employee! Very unprofessional, no apology, no solution or resolution. She basically said I'm on *their* time! As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect if I'm giving you my money!
They apparently refuse to do full body waxing on Saturday's. ANY SATURDAY. Also they failed to state they don't accept groupon on Sundays. You'd think they would communicate that on their website or with the Groupon. I had even asked if they could make the exception since those are my only off days with my job, I had planned on spending atleast $150 on other services. They lost my business, & I'll be sure to tell my friends to go somewhere else!
