Good place to go if you have special/rare medications. They will also preorder and maintain stock if your regular prescriptions which most pharmacies won't. It's hit/miss, first come first serve with the corporate pharmacies which ends with you going without your meds. This place won't let that happen which is HUGE for anyone who MUST take medications.

For a few years I forgot the advantages of an independent pharmacy. But I am back. I have a medication I have filled every month that is often not available. Beaumont works hard to be sure they have it. They also use programs that check for possible medication cross reactions and take time to discuss and explain medications when needed.

I picked up my daughter’s prescription today, and was greeted at the drive through with a smile. I’ve picked my wife and daughters prescriptions up from Beaumont pharmacy for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. It’s nice to have that hometown feeling when I visit.

I'm mortified. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by a pharmacist/pharmacy. You never know what you're going to get with the pharmacists constant mood changes and lack of attention to detail. And to think when they first opened I brought her and her pharmacy a big connection for business, as well as referrals and this is the thanks I get in return. It's such a shame. You do NOT talk to or treat a customer or anyone like the way she treated me and apparently others if you continue reading the reviews. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants added stress to their life when simply trying to refill or fill a prescription, get a vaccination, etc.

It’s really unfortunate that the customer service here is so rude. I would’ve liked to use a local pharmacy because the Walgreens closer to me isn’t as good as it used to be. But nobody there has ever been outright disrespectful like the folks at Beaumont.

Went to this pharmacy for both COVID shots. The first time my husband and and I went they couldn’t figure out his TriCare insurance even though they advertise that they take TriCare. Her solution was to PHOTOCOPY his MILITARY ID. My husband stopped her and told her she can’t do that. Her response was “well I do this all the time with military personnel”. An easy google search will tell you that it is very illegal. She was very rude for the rest of our experience the first time. The second experience included us waiting 30 minutes to get seen. My husband went up to the counter after 20 minutes and they were all sitting on their phones and couldn’t even be bothered that we were just wasting our time. All they said was “did you get your shot?” Well of course not we’re still sitting here waiting. After that it took 2 minutes to get in and out for our shot. It is extremely irritating that we wasted 30 minutes of waiting around because they were too busy talking about their personal life.The ladies in this office are unprofessional to say the least. They made us feel like we were a bother for even being there. My husband and I will be avoiding this pharmacy at all costs.

The owner opened 15 minutes late. Never apologized. And made us wait another 30 minutes before administering the Pfizer booster without wearing gloves. I understand it takes time to complete needed paperwork, but the two staff members were more concerned about catching up on their weekend or whatever instead of taking care of customers. We recently went to a CVS for my daughter’s vaccination, and we were there maybe 30 minutes including the 15 minute wait time after the shot was administered.

I just had my covid vaccine here and they were so kind, especially the pharmacist that had to stick me. It was a great experience and the place has so many nice gifts (especially Auburn and Alabama) to look at while you wait to get your shot and wait afterwards. I highly recommend using them for your pharmacy needs.
