I had a great experience at this local PNC bank branch. The staff were extremely helpful, especially a representative named Alex who took the time to walk me through my questions and ensure everything was taken care of. Alex was patient, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service.I'm not sure why this branch has some negative reviews. My interactions with them have been very positive, and they seem to really value customer service. If you need help with your banking needs, I highly recommend contacting Alex or visiting this PNC branch. Keep up the good work!

If you bank with PNC, RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CANSince purchasing BBVA PNC has ruined my banking experience.They have reduced free features making me pay for services I previously received for free (even when professionally voicing frustration for that fact to the bank manager and tellers, they disregarded it rudely)At a minimum I expected to be grandfathered into services I have had for over 2 decades but no.This branch brought in employees that are clearly on the PNC initiative with no desire to provide customer care or service and only want you to pay for more services. If you are not interested in giving them more money they are not interested in providing good customer service. I’ve dealt with anything from inconsistencies in policy to rudeness since using this PNC branch.I can’t put into words the frustration of having no choice in any of this and am now having to search for a new bank based off of how horrible this has gone.

Since purchasing BBVA PNC has ruined my banking experience.
They have reduced free features making me pay for services I previously received for free (even when professionally voicing frustration for that fact to the bank manager and tellers, they disregarded it rudely)
At a minimum I expected to be grandfathered into services I have had for over 2 decades but no.
This branch brought in employees that are clearly on the PNC initiative with no desire to provide customer care or service and only want you to pay for more services. If you are not interested in giving them more money they are not interested in providing good customer service. I can’t put into words the frustration of having no choice in any of this and am now having to search for a new bank based off of how horrible this has gone.

Seriously , I rarely visit bank locations. Was in the area and needed specific currency denominations, so I paid this branch a visit. The customer service was fast and friendly. Professional as well. This bank location is really clean and easy to get in and out of. I had no issue. I love the location because it's near several good restaurants. There is an ATM available as well. Street parking and garage parking available. Designated parking spaces for BBVA customers.

Im only leaving one star because I cant leave zero. Had overdrafts that were charged multiple times on the banks fault. Was told this, they apologized and fixed it. One month later the same thing happens but with 4 overdraft fees. I call and I am rudely told there is nothing I can do and I fix the negative balance. The woman I spoke to was beyond rude and left me in a bitter mood. I check again today and the same charges are overdrafted again for a total of 6 overdraft fees on two individual charges. I will gladly be going tomorrow to clear out my account and go to regions along with the rest of my family. I hope you guys are proud of pushing away 4 piggy banks through your own staffs lack of empathy. I urge everyone not to bank with these people and take your business elsewhere because obviously they DO NOT care about your money.

Tried to deposit a check here they kept the check gave me excuses for 90 days and waited till the check voided and then said they cant do anything for me in my face.

Outsourced customer service which is awful and provide no answers or help. Sent them a check to payoff my car two weeks ago and it still hasn't been applied to my balance, and yet my loan just sits there, collecting interest. Every time I try to call I either get the runaround of no answers or they try to make this my fault for them losing my loan check. I have checked today to see when that check has cleared so I can go ahead and seek legal advice. Horrible horrible bank with even worse customer service.

Friendly tellers. Very easy accessible station for withdrawal and deposit slips. Clean and orderly lobby. Super easy to walk in and withdraw money. I don't have to come and access this account much but when I I do the process is always the same. I appreciate the great service I receive here.

Terrible... terrible customer service.... tellers at drive thru have no training or knowledge of how to deposit money into account. This is the worst Compass branch in town.

The worse bank experience ever! I have a vehicle that sets In my driveway with expired tags because they missed up on the title it's been four months now still not resolved!!! Never again!! It's not even one star!
