In a country like Afghanistan you get a better service than PNC in Birmingham, AL - almost two weeks ago my wife opened an account and still has not received her Debit card! We called customer service, after putting us on hold for 5 minutes canceled the call.

Tried adding Apple Pay to my phone and I called customer service and was transferred 4 times to only be told that my card can not be added

I agree, Carlissa Cunningham should be fired. I’ve been a manager at a local bank for 20+ years and never have I heard a manager talk to her employees the way she does. What’s more, she does it in front of customers! It was horrific. Still debating on contacting corporate.

Yet again I needed to get on the network for work as I was commuting. Mission accomplished. The location appeared pretty active despite the inside lobby being closed due to COVID. The drive thru had customers consistently. The exterior around of the facility was clean as well as the parking lot.

This branch was so nice before Carlissa Cunningham became a manger. She changes the whole atmosphere of the branch in a negative way. I feel so sorry for sweet little Jazmine and Mr. Jermey and the others that have to work with her. They are all so nice but she seems to cause the work environment to be hostile. She's extremely rude to customers, always has the radio way to loud. They should really do something about her. She brings the whole branch down.

This is a great Branch. As a recent transplant from California, I was met with a very friendly staff, from Branch manager to tellers, that took care of all my banking needs. Keep up the good work.

Can't rave about this location enough! The manager and every employee there is so helpful and always has the best, most genuinely cheerful attitude.
