I've always had positive experiences with the ATM services, drive thru services, and the indoor tellers and staff at this PNC location! The parking lot feels a little difficult or strange to access, but other than that 10/10!

We use this PNC for the business account and the team there is always nice and professional. My favorite bank to do business with by far!

Tried adding Apple Pay to my phone and I called customer service and was transferred 4 times to only be told that my card can not be added

Whew. This place still has BBVA culture. I went in for a quick task. After sitting for 30 minutes I decided to leave. Everybody was busy looking busy. The teller on the inside was working but clearly couldn’t handle the volume of people. I witnessed a few people leave after waiting. One guy even asked the people in the office to bring out a backup because it was taking an unreasonable amount of time. This was never my experience with the legacy PNC. I hope that this is not the new standard.

The customer service is really good and quick! I been a costumer of BBVA for the past 5 years and I had try different branches and this one is by far the quickest one and the customer service has always been good

I utilized the drive thru to actually do some banking. The teller was friendly and informative. It wasn't crowded so I wondered why the transaction took a little long to complete. No other real complaints. I ran over the curb trying to get out of this tightly designed drive thru. Don't worry , no one was injured!

I'm looking to change banks and have been putting the task off for a year. I read in a FB private group their customers are extremely happy with this bank. Unfortunately I forgot the lobby closed early until Friday. I will be back.

I wish I had the option of not even giving them 1 star. The service is really bad. I have a business account with them and the service this branch offer is not to the expectation. Worst branch I have ever been too. Employees dont treat you good! Always have a mean face.
