LITERALLY waited in line for 23 minutes. With only one person behind the desk and two people in line. This location should be ashamed of itself.

Great customer service, excellent greeting. Sucks the previous reviews had the experience they had, but as far as 2023 and my first time at this branch, everyone was pleasant, personable with their regulars, and very helpful to me because I was extremely nervous.

Its always slow. I can be in line with 1 person ahead but take 10-30 mins to be attended. Staff always playing and talking. Today is a Friday and about 11 people in line and only one person attending. Six cars outside in window and same only one line open out of 4. And to make things worst the same person inside is the only one here (that is at desk) so she is attending inside people and outside by herself. Very poor staff personal at this location. Only reason I see for that one star is for the lady trying to do her and everyone else's job. They need to hire more people.

Deserves a ZERO, but that is NOT an option. I have never in my 17 years of banking at this branch been treated with such disrespectfulness as exhibited by their newer employee Adrian. She should have stayed at Wells Fargo and terrorized their customers. I will NOT be using the inside services again and will just use after hours services instead of being spoken to like an incompetent fool. Also, I have a mortgage of 18 years with this bank. Absolutely unacceptable!

I too have had issues here. I made a formal complaint about six months ago and have still not heard from anyone. They are the slowest branch I have ever been to and have questionable practices. I made a deposit on two different occasions and they wanted to give me a hand written receipt. I told them I wanted a printed one and at that point I was given one.

I met with Kelvin, a branch loan officers. He was polite and courteous. However, I am worried because we paid off two of my credit cards and as of ten days ago, these institutions have not yet received their pay off. I am concerned, therefore I have placed three calls to Kelvin and have not received a returned call. I have now placed a call to the branch manager with a promise they would call me back. This action was to no avail also. My hands are tied and do not know what to do.
