I tried to call this company to get a quote during their business hours like 6-7 times over a couple hours. Nobody picked up and they don’t even have a voicemail. I wonder how they make money this way.

I called twice before actually going in. I was calling around comparing prices. The price I paid for a battery with a two year warranty from them one of the competitors wanted that much for only a one year warranty. They were so nice and professional on the phone and in person. Made the bad day I was having so much better.

They are only open during the week so if you work a regular job you have to take personal time to go do business with them. Even then be sure you get there WAY before closing. I left work early to try and make it before they closed at 4 and was able to get there at 3:47 and the doors were closed and nobody answered the phone number they tell you to call.

Best prices around…professional and knowledgeable staff. I normally put my own batteries in but due to shoulder problems. I can’t lift batteries for my diesel truck. They jumped right in and replaced both of them. Outstanding service!!Thank you again for all that y’all do.

I find Battery Sales and Service worth my 50 mile drive. They always have what I am looking for and I save money. The staff is well trained too. I told a young man behind the counter I needed a battery for my '08 Miata, he immediately ordered an old man to fetch him a 51R... he knew the group size without looking. I was in and out faster than McDonalds. 5 Stars

When I tell you this is THE place to go for a battery. They took GREAT Care of me. The customer service was A1 and the price for the new battery I received was FAR lower than the 3quotes I had received from other stores b4i got there. I would recommend them for sure.
