The staff if friendly but they have serious problems with their systems working, the fact they have no after hours help for problems their systems cause in accessing funds and the coordination of outside vendors like the firm they hire to detect fraud charges. I set up the account several months back and will have to close it because they can not provide the services in credit/debit card transactions to make sure you can access your funds. I travel weekly. I was traveling the first part of June 2019 and on the weekend my debit card kept having issues being approved. I finally called the bank and they said their systems were having problems and all transactions for everyone in the bank were being declined. I explained I was traveling, was at a gas station and had to have funds for gas to get to my destination that day. There was no way they could get my debit card to be approved, get cash to me, or any other way to get me access so I could get back on the road. I waited hours again and called again about 4pm and was told they are still working on it. I asked for the rep to call me when they get it fixed vs her instructions to just keep trying every once in a while to see if it was fixed. She said they go home at 5pm and would call if it got fixed by then . No call and after 5 on Sunday everyone went home. I kept trying every few hours but it never worked. I looked like a scam artist going in repeatedly trying to get a charge to go through, claiming there was money in my account and the card being declined. I was stuck overnight in my car and could go nowhere. The next morning it still did not work. I got the same story and they assured me it was not just my account. Nothing was posted on the web site or emailed to clients. The next morning they said they were still working on the system and could do nothing. I pleaded with them and finally they did something to get me $20.00 for the gas I needed.

I went in to open a bank account and we finish successfully. My biggest concern was the customer service of my customer service rep. I honestly would not even know her name if I would have not got one of her business cards. I ask could she tell me about the credits cards the offer she just point me at the brochure then proceed to give me one. Did not even go over the type of bank account with me. I am displeased.
