I have not received my furniture yet but Demetris was excellent friendly more than helpful. I mean she was so patient with me and was more than a sales person but interior decorator as well. She is outstanding she was excited with me in my selection picking out colors , rugs , pictures etc. I love Babcock Furniture and their sales associates everyone was excellent 10????????????

The thing I like most about Badcock Furniture is the insurance coverage they provide. The insurance covers damage within 3 years to include if I damage the piece. They will review the damage to see if repair or replacement is necessary. Then, if I don't need to use the insurance in three years, the money I paid for the insurance comes back to me in the form of in store credit. What a great way to encourage repeat business. I also like that the furniture I received seems to be of higher quality than the discount places I usually shop. Quality in the form of materials used and stitching, the little details that make it feel a little more of an upgrade without the upgrade price. We're at a stage of life and have moved around with furniture as old as the teenagers, so it's nice to find new furniture that will last and give new life to our home.

FIRST, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH! I SAT IN THE STORE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME! THEN ON DELIVERY DAY I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THE GUY WOULD BE TO MY HOME AT 10AM, BY 4PM STILL NO DELIVERY. I CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND JUST KEPT GETTING, "OH THEY'RE ON THEIR WAY". DELIVERY FINALLY COMES AROUND 6PM OR LATER! THEN THE SOFA WAS DRUG ON THE GROUND. NOW WAITING ON ANOTHER SOFA. ALSO, THE COUCH GOES ON SALE LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY AFTER PURCHASE SO I ASK ABOUT ADJUSTING THE PRICE SINCE I JUST MADE THE PURCHASE, THE DELIVERY WAS LATE, AND THE SOFA WAS DAMAGED, BUT THEY COULDNT HELP WITH THAT EITHER! NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE!

My husband and I bought a couch at the end of February and completely paid for it. Got a call on March 2 saying it was ready for pick up. Called back later that day and they said it was an error on their part and that it wasn't in. Told it would be in March 8th. Today is March 7th and got a call saying it won't be in until March 21. I was planning on buying a dining room set, a mattress and a few other things but due to THIS experience I'll take my business elsewhere. This is a headache. I'm so upset with this whole mess.
