When I tell you I was a damsile in distress today lol! My brake light went out on my 2012 Chevy Traverse this morning on my way to work. When I googled how to replace the light I didn't have any of the tools. I stopped in to a local AutoZone located at 724 3rd Ave SW Birmingham Alabama. Two amazing women, Ms. Terrylynn and Tan helped me when I didn't have anyone to call. When I tell you superb, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! To the rude lady with the red braids this morning who acted like me returning a starter that i purchased was an issue, I hope you find happiness, because your negative attitude was unwarranted, unnecessary, and not professional. Who has an attitude over something someone misunderstood? You're an assistant for a reason. Know your place!!

I came in for a simple bulb. The lady at the counter acted like i came in for something so difficult. 10 min and i was done between my question and being checked out. I think her name is Tracy..look if you dont want to work then quit. Nobody making you report each and every morning. I definitely wont be back to this location.

I came to auto zone because I believed my air relay fuse went out or had a shortage because my compressor was going on and off. I came in and told the store manager about my issue she was very upfront and honest about what she thought the problem was. She wasted no time to address my need and gave me a hand no questions asked and for that I want to give her a huge shoutout thanks so much Ms.Terrolyn P? ?

Very good customer service but I've noticed their in-store inventory has dwindled over the past few months. Its sometimes a a bit difficult to find parts I need quickly without having to walk all over the place, but I guess that's to be expected.
