They unit working properly again, and check for any other possible problems, and did this good time , I was able to get that load. Thanks guys for your good work. Oh did I mention they nice guys too. “Recently scratched my brand new Infiniti SUV down to the metal about 5 months after purchasing (I was attacked by a mail box lol) and was completely frustrated! A relative referred me to Precision Collision. This was by far one of THE BEST experiences I’ve had dealing with a shop. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. I was so concerned about overspray when you open the doors or being able to tell I had only one side of the vehicle repainted… none of that! “I came to Hallmark Collison because USAA worked with this location. I am SO glad I went to Hallmark. Their staff, absolutely everyone, was such a delight. Both Ashleys at the front desk were so knowledgeable and sweet, and fun to have conversations with. Josh handled my claim, and he was also such a joy to work with, and kept me updated the entire time. We will never use another body shop in the Bham area again. Having a car in the shop is stressful, but working with this crew made it 10x easier. Also- they did an amazing job fixing my SUV up, and got it done in a week. Top notch all the way around. “I found Cary after another shop In Virginia charge me $1800 for a front seal and the bearing in my rear differential, having overtightened it I went 500 miles and blew my rear end

Cary told me he could fix it but it would have noise I use my truck to go cross country hauling boats commercially and I can’t have a?
Price is very very reasonable about $3300 complete rebuild my rent my rear end is not common
It was special ordered with 410 gears in a F350
I rented a truck for a few days came back and it was done. They did everything. They said they have continued the answer any questions and guide me through the break-in.
I should add a used rear differential for my truck was going for about $5000 no-brainer used one or brand new completely rebuilt properly less money?

And if you ever need anything, I believe you can trust these guys and do what they say and they say what they do and that’s getting really hard to find

“Just left here. The younger guy working was super helpful and friendly. He immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in. He even walked out to look at my car to make sure he sold me the right parts. Based on him, I’d give 5 stars. Sadly, however, upon leaving the store as I was going out the EXIT, the older man that works there slung the exit door open from outside thus sounding off an alarm, entering the store thru the exit and about ran into me as I was leaving without saying excuse me or anything. Extremely rude!!!! Sad how one person can ruin what was otherwise a good experience.”
“I had a bad experience at the AutoZone in Forestdale and decided to try O'Reilly, which is located across the highway. I walked into O'Reilly Auto Parts in Forestdale and was greeted with a smile and "How may I help you?" The entire team of professional auto parts specialists...Mack, Joe, Keith, Shenequa, the tall gray-haired White gentleman, and the 20-something year-old Black, young lady who wears the eye glasses are always on top of their game. I have been to this location a few times within the last year, helping my youngest son get somethings for his car and I am always pleased with their customer service. The team of professionals at the Forestdale location really works hard to welcome and meet the auto part needs of their customers.”

“I pulled on top a cement parking divider and it caught my front bumper so when I backed out, it almost took it off! Mr. Holt was the nicest man providing a service that I've come in contact with in a long time! Stopped what he was doing, acknowledged my arrival, reattached my bumper while engaging in small talk and charged me reasonably. The kicker is that he saw my reservoir was empty and told me to get some anti-freeze not water to fill it. I had it in my trunk and he filled it for me, checked and filled my oil since I had it as well then sent me on my merry way! Customer Service unmatched! I'd give this business 100 stars for the gospel music playing!!!!!! Turned my frown upside down!! ?”
