I came to this shop in desperate need of a fix before I need to make a long road trip. I didn't have a lot of time, and Norm told me he could work me in. Within an hour, his team looked at the issue and did a quick fix to get me back home where a part can be ordered and more extensive/time consuming repairs can be performed. He didn't charge me for the service. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Auto & Truck for years. Grace and Norman are honest and trustworthy people. We own an old truck that we use but don’t want to put too much money in. Norm is very upfront about costs and value when it comes to putting money into an extra vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough. Just good people doing good work.

Norman ( and his team) kept me informed throughout the repair process and they had my car back in a matter of days. Norman also took the time to show me the old parts that were replaced and addressed some "red flag" issues (which were also taken care of). I now have peace of mind that my car is safe and reliable to operate and get me around. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Refuses to fix my vehicle after it left his shop twice and cut off within a hour.claim he didn't even drive it and made sure it was running and charge over a 1000 dollars

When you drive a particular vehicle for work transportation, it is important to maintain & keep important things like oil changes done regularly. The more miles you drive can require other maintenance issues. The mechanics at this place are good at their job. I guess they have experience at what they do.Services: Engine repair

either some of the staff is racist or there bias either way I don't care... I'm so glad they was so nasty before I spent any money in such a low brow establishment. I was.referred to them buy a auto mechanic shop I do business with fortunately I didn't do business with this trash establishment if they are good workers there its overshadowed by certain employees i would highly suggest you take your business somewhere else.... these are the type of people who take your hard earned money and disrespect you.... cause they don't need your business I wish people take these reviews seriously and don't do business with people like that...Your not hiring us we are hiring you... but in my case I'm glad that business was not done cause it would of been taking to new heights with this one..

I've taken two cars to these people, and they've made it a no-nonsense experience. The first time they did a lot of repair work on a Ford focus of mine; charged less than what other people quoted me, charged less than what they initially quoted me, And had the car ready for me in 2 days. Based on the repairs that I needed, having it out in 2 days was an amazing feat.Second time I brought in my truck for rebalancing of the tires and replacing brake rotors. They had it in and out in the same day, and charged less again than other people were quoting me.I will always bring my business here. Just know that they stay busy; if you want business with them you're going to have to bring in your car as soon as they open.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fair, honest, good mechanics. My older vehicle needed some repairs, so Norman took the time to talk me through all the options and costs. Once I decided what I wanted to do, they did good work in a reasonable time at a fair price. Highly recommended!Services: Oil change
