During the month of November 2022. I contacted Attic Plus to rent a storage attic. On Wednesday, August 2, I arrived at home to discover a surprise. All of my mother's things were carried off with not explanation by the Attic Plus driiver. (The contents contained fine china, furniture and televisions) which all belonged to my Mother who passed away in November of 20321.) The thing that really got me is no one called me or anything. My things were just snatched up out of my yard and I was left to wonder with many scenerios My first thought was Oh Lord; I must have missed a payment or something. So I picked up the phone and contacted customer service. The representative stated to me that she could not locate my property and that customer service does not have any records in reference to pick up or monies owed. I hung up and I called back because I was literally in tears. I tried 3 more attempts and to no avail, no one could help me. Instead I was questioned and asked if I knew which location delivered the container to me when I first ordered and I was told that if I could not provide that information or a unit number, I could not receive help until the next day. I was constantly looking at my email trying to find out what the heck happened and I wanted to see if someone emailed me and I saw nothing. I checked my spam and discovered that there were two emails from Amandra Sherfield. The first one stated that she was trying to contact me for a scheduled pick up and she stated that she was trying to save me from paying $100.00. This email was sent at 5:13 p.m. The second email was sent at 5:18 pm stating that there was a miscommunication error and it stated that I would be credited for one month. The container was re-delivered on August 3, 2023. I have taken a photo of my Mother's things and they are tumbled everywhere! I realize that mistakes happen, but I am not happy about any of this because those things are not replaceable and they belonged to my Mother. I sent a photo to Ms. Sherfield ,who stated to me to take my time and please get back with her about anything. She also stated that she does not know if she can give an additional month but she will check

They were very professional, reliable, dependable, the driver was on top and placed the POD in my yard without damaging my grass, I'll use them again.

Earlier this month we had a last minute move. We were trying to help someone whose truck broke down. We called Attic Plus and they were able to get us a truck for Saturday and we had called on Thursday. We were able to get it picked up Saturday morning and get everything taken care of. They were so helpful and called to let us know the truck was ready. If you need to a truck to help move to your nice new home, give the people of Attic Plus Storage a call! It's an amazing company.

Mrs. Amandra helped me!!! She is the absolute best! I literally got the unit just because she was so amazing!!! Besides the location and size I had to pick Attic Plus because I just loved her so much! She was very informative and knowledgeable about everything and made the whole process a breeze! She need’s recognition for her work!!! And honestly if it were me I’d pay her a little extra due to her hard work and enthusiasm about the company!! She said it’s family owned and that also made me choose this place!

Moving has been a frustrating experience but Attic Plus has made it just a little easier. The team was very responsive and answer all of my crazy OCD questions. Scheduling my delivery was easy and the pricing is VERY competitive. Thank you making this process so smooth!!!!

This was my first experience with portable storage. I sold my home and needed temporary storage for a few days prior to moving in my new home. I compared Pods and Attic Plus. I settled on Attic Plus since the containers have dual entry and an additional 4 ft. of space.The customer experience was unbelievable. The storage container was picked up as scheduled in every step of the moving process. Additionally, the transport driver “Chris” was amazing with placing the container in the most optimal location while handling my belongs with care. I just needed to get someone on the phone to utilize my military discount…hint hint. Thanks for an overall pleasant experience.

This is a shout out to anyone who is moving or need extra storage space. I highly recommend Attic Plus Portable Storage space. I've been with them for a while and I really trust them with the safety of my items. So if you need space think Attic Plus.

We were going to rent storage space but decided to get a container instead. BEST decision I have made in a while. It made our move so much easier storing items in our driveway while we worked on our home and got it ready to sale.We have a narrow winding driveway, the skill of the driver to back the container and place it right outside our front door was amazing. He even got on top of the container to tie some tree branches away.First class experience will definitely use again, if you have not used a container before give it a try and definitely use Attics Plus.

I had a great experience with Attic Plus portable storage. April, the manager, was very helpful in securing 2 pods for me at the last minute. Very appreciative of her great customer service! Chris, the driver, was also very customer friendly, professional and you can tell that he enjoys what he does. During drop off and pickup, he made sure to place the units in a place that didn't damage our property, obstruct traffic or our neighbors. I will definitely use Attic Plus in the future and highly recommend to others!
