absolutely disgusted at the way the charge nurse and security officer behaved towards a service dog and when the officer was offered an information card on what can and can't be asked and other rules on service dogs he proceeded to say do you want this back she said no you can keep it for future reference and he said I'll just throw it away ! I suggest some retraining needs to happen or staff need to be fired!

I had major surgery and ended up in the hospital for 8 days. My care was nothing short of amazing. I didn’t have a single nurse, tech, doctor etc. who complained or gave me a hard time. They were all kind and attentive to every need that I had. Thank you for making a scary situation easy to navigate.

I was going into the ER. And Immediately am asked illegal questions regarding my medical alert service dog. The nurses were uneducated initially telling me I could not have my service dog with me. Not only was the officer an a$$ but no one seemed to care that he was purposely violating my HIPPA rights by asking what my MEDICAL ALERT service dog was for after I told him Medical Alert. I’ll be contacting the ADAP. Educate and train you staff better.
