Very poor customer service. I walked in to see if I would be able to get my hair braided, no one greeted me. They were all staring at me as if I didn’t belong. They finally asked what I needed and then began talking to each other and still not acknowledging me. This was very upsetting being that I have patroned their business before.

They are RUDE AF, they talk very loudly over your head without a mask on. They spend an ample amount of time talking to each other and on their phones! I xan say SO MUCH MORE BUT I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME HERE, THEY PROBABLY DONT READ THE REVIEWS ANYWAY! I had the worst experience ever! Let’s start...I went to the shop at 12:30pm. They started at 2:30 (which I don’t mind waiting). I didn’t leave until 10pm! But the worst part...the next day I noticed my hair was coming out the braids in the back section. I called the shop & talked to one of the girls ! I had a very good experience. I wanted long box braids on my crown since my sides and back are shaved, and they gave me exactly what I wanted. I have short hair so I was worried, but Aissa was able to grip all of my hair and Im very impressed with how neat it is. I paid $120 which seemed reasonable based on the length. It took about 5 hours. I’ll definitely come back!

If I could rate this experience a zero, I absolutely would. I arrived for a 7:30 appointment on time, in which someone finally arrived around 7:50. The braider was extremely rude and disrespectful when kindly asked to loosen her grip on my braid. In addition to these problems, I was also promised that two braiders would be present to braid my hair in order to cut down on time;This only happened for about 15 minutes. I would save my $180 for a more professional and cleaner environment.
