Been there twice. First time for my pedicure, no issues. Second time, mani and pedi. The process was very rushed. I left with dip powder and glue all over my fingers, no work done on the cuticles which were incredibly overgrown, very little foot scrubbing. $130 is too much for what I got. Won’t be going back.

Went in today for sns and gel pedicure. The pedicure was very rushed and sloppy. The man did not offer a spa pedicure and my heels have not been touched. Loved this place the first time I went but I will not be back

I had Annie do my nails today and she is so sweet! She redid my nails that I got done yesterday since I didn’t like them and gave me cute cat nails. The salon was nice and tidy and everyone was nice as well. I’ll show pictures of what I got

This is my second and last time getting my nails done here. I showed her picture after picture and she said she couldn’t do any of them .. lied and said she didn’t have charms when I saw them the last time I got my nails done. These aren’t even 2 week old and this is gel polish which is expensive. I never had gel polish job start peeling so fast. She basically did my nails the way she wanted to do them which was easy and quick. The veterans here are great but if you see the young girl with a temporary work visa walk out , save your money, or wait for someone more seasoned to do your nails. I was left very unhappy and feeling like she just wanted to make a quick 60$ off me . Oh yeah by the way they come up with prices off the top of their head. If they have a price list I didn’t see it! Vague and elusive. You can get the same exact style one week for 50 , next time 60 .. and this last time she said 75 just because she knew the nail tech didn’t know what she was doing. Lost a great customer trying to be slick and underhanded , shady bidness & I work in corporate setting I know dirty dealings when I see them. The first time I went I loved my nails so of course I paid whatever they told me which was 125$ for nails and toes .. I’m not going back here neither is my mother or my sisters and it’s 6 of us. Ain’t that a kick in the head

Today was my first visit and I’m sad to say I was not pleased. The salon is conveniently located, clean and welcoming. The young man who was assigned to do my gel manicure, remove gel pedicure and replace with regular manicure was nice but needs additional training before he serves patrons. His leg and foot massage was superb but his pedicure polish application was substandard. I didn’t complain about the pedicure polish because I’m not wearing open toe shoes right now. The gel manicure was very thick and uneven. I asked him to get someone to help him with the gel application. A very nice young lady removed his application and start over from the beginning. She did a great job of applying the gel manicure but it took too long to complete the project. It hurts my heart because this is my first review without 4 or 5 stars.

Went for dip and gel polish on my toes. My nails feel rigid at the top and on a couple nails he did not paint entire nail they are also not rounded they are different shapes. My toes are uneven and my total came up to 78 for gel polish (no pedicure) and dip on my nails. Will not be back

The service here is great compared to some others in the area. The owner and Annie are very good at acknowledging every customer coming in and trying to get them seated when they can. Would recommend.
