The customer service and quality of products in this store is an absolute abomination. I bought some costume jewelry there for travel One of the bracelets broke after just a couple wears. I stopped by to ask if anything could be done the next time I was in the area and even though they had the exact same bracelet in a different color the person working would not change it out. She accused me of putting pressure on it to break it. Rude. I left my contact and someone named Pamela texted me the next day. They expected me to have saved the receipt for a $30 bracelet? Why text me just to be difficult. You don’t want to help. Just say it and don’t waste my time. Bad business. Bad customer service. Cheap lesson learned. Don’t shop here.

This is absolutely my favorite store in Homewood. Drew and his associates provide the best service all the way around. His prices are awesome and he always has 1000 things I want. Whenever I am in town, I head straight to Argents.

Got the dreaded "code" text from my wife that they were having a jewelry sale before Christmas. I went in like a timid newly married man... nevermind that my wife and I have been married for 24 years. This place was overwhelming as the other review stated but Julie helped put me right at ease. She was extremely helpful with the decision process and ultimately gave me enough options to pick from for my wife. The last time I tried this combination of it's we were very young in marriage and I crashed and burned. Now though I think she has enough other items that a little bit of a change is going to be good for her to have another option. Overall the entire staff there was helpful and willing to offer suggestions for me but not pushy at all. I would heartily recommend that anytime you in need of a great gift for your wife or significant other you need to give Argent a strong look.

Not the old Argent! They have updated their store to be more modern and beautiful. The friendliest and most helpful staff. You will immediately make friends with everyone in there! Gorgeous jewelry, both everyday pieces and fine jewelry-- INCREDIBLE prices on all of it! Unique finds all around, from candles, to furniture, to draperies, to sterling silver finds.

Antiques look good, a somewhat dark store but nice accoutrements. Definitely a place that needs to be taken in small pieces of time and over many visits to see everything that they have
