fraud all the way. estimates is no where near what they will make you pay by force at the time of deliver . I mean 200% more at the time of delivery. and police can't do shit as this company gets your signature in advance on a a paper with hidden rules . Not to forget they steal few boxes in process. This company have taught me a lesson for life. never use this company or any other moving company to get your stuff delivered . you rather trash everything and buy a new set of everything for less of the price then there charge. I hope Karma get every one of these people working for this company.

Awful service. Highly DO RECOMMEND! Furniture was broken during move. Management/Owner Mimi Clark has the worse level of professionalism. Company does not have any accountability for ruining people's personal/valuables item.This company is a complete scam and would not recommend doing business. Save yourself the headache. They break things and expect you to the leg work to resolve. Moving is already a chaotic process, they will intensify it by 10!

I was given a Five hour window four the movers to show up. It was 2 hours past the window before the driver contacted me. Never heard from the office, Movers we tired and handled furniture very poorly and damaged several pieces. Not impressed, Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible!The movers showed up at my house with no tools to work with. They couldn’t break down any furniture. They didn’t make me aware of this untill after they loaded all the boxes on the truck. I had to obtain tools from the maintenance man in my complex. The maintenance man came in to break down the beds. My son and myself ended up lifting items and loading them on the truck. (What was the purpose of hiring a moving co)?!They attempted to leave items in my home because they were tired. On the way to the next location, they made a 15 min stop without making me aware. Upon arrival, they proceeded to unload my belongings and splattered my clothes all over the ground. They didn’t pick them up, I had to. They were vaping in between their little breaks while my son and I were unloading. Horrible! Unbelievable! And they expect for you to still pay for horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ONE STAR IS NOT SUFFICIENT! ZERO IS!

I can't tell you how bad this company is. I have a 2 bedroom apartment at a complex that this moving company frequents in moving clients. I informed them I was on the 3rd floor when I called to schedule the move. Told them I had one bedroom with furniture, a sectional and boxes, a washer dryer. They arrived with 2 movers and said they wanted a 3rd mover because it was "too hard". They left, and didn't come back. The office called and wanted to charge for another mover plus and extra $50 an hour for each mover!! This is a 2 bedroom apartment! I cant imagine what they do for houses. They said my boxes were too heavy (which they were mostly small and medium boxes), they said my bedroom furniture was too heavy, which was no different than any other regular type of furniture. This experience was unbelievable. And I do not recommend.

My wife and I had a very simple move turn complicated due the complete incompetence of the moving company. The two movers were clueless! They brought a mud filled hand truck through our home. Damaged our rugs and made a mess on our hardwood floors. So after paying for the poor service I called the office manager and all she said was “I call the moving guys” like really!Don’t use this company regardless of their Groupon special.

For two moves that did a great job for a home renovation project.On the third move scheduled on July the 15th 2022, the movers did not show up. It was a huge disappointment. I asked the owner, Hal to call me but he never did. Make sure you make a verbal conformation vs just a text conformation.

I used a Groupon for $80 for 2 hours of moving. They charged me for their drive to come to my place and leave so I really only had them for an hour. Luckily we were only moving from one apartment to another. They still ended up charging me $250 that one hour of work due to "fuel surcharges" and other bull. Then, when I walked to my new apartment I found they had left one of my pieces of furniture at the bottom of the stairs. When I went inside the movers had not put a lot of the furniture in the rooms I told them to so I had to move it again. I won't use them ever again. I know moving is expensive, but charging nearly $500 to do one hour's worth of work is ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THEM!! NO SHOW!!Scheduled this company over a month in advance to help with a move. Called the Thursday before the weekend to confirm moving dates in which I was told I was good to go. We were completely stood up on Saturday. No one would even answer the phones. Worst customer experience!! Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BOOK THEM! They are not reliable and most likely will not even show up. It’s not worth the $80 Groupon…..

We had a great experience. Mike and Brandon worked with us to make sure we got all of our furniture and other items to the right place. They were very professional and answered all of our questions. We had an overall great experience and would recommend Mike and Brandon for any move!

My movers were awesome no complaints there at all. My problem was that my time they said I used was 2:75 my coupon was for 2 hours for $76 that i prepaid for but was only deducted $180 off my total and I still ended up paying almost $300 for a small move the really only lasted 1hr 15min if it was that. I feel robbed to be honest I don’t recommend this company if you have a small move just do it yourself or just pay someone out of pocket.

They were polite, professional, and timely for every aspect of my move from scheduling to the actual move. My movers were very careful with my items and stayed within the expected timeframe. I could not have asked for a better moving experience!

Branden and Korey were amazing!!! They had to go up and down really tight staircases, and my furniture is VERY heavy! Everything was perfect and they were incredibly efficient!!! I would definitely want them to move me again!!!
