This is a small liquor store in a strip plaza. The service was friendly and helpful. There is not a huge selection, but I was able to get what I came in for.

For those that don't know, Alabama is a controlled state, meaning that all spirits have to be purchased from the state. In AL, they have to pay RETAIL price. The price you see on an item at an ABC store is what the business pays. IF they buy a case, they get a 14% case discount. Which ain't crap, because Bama is the 5th highest taxed state on booze. It's standard practice for an individual package store to mark their spirits up by around 40- 50%, because otherwise they wouldn't be able to exist as a business. The guys at Altadena Spirits are kind, fair, and helpful. Their selection is good, and you can even find some bourbon gems there sometimes. They have a great chilled wine and beer selection. It's quiet and chill, and I always find something tasty to drink.

Cashier was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for, not to mention that It was also a great recommendation, the flavor profile matched exactly what I was looking for, they have a wide selection of brands, sizes, and spirits. Best prices I've seen from a liquor store not only with alcohol but also mixers and nicotine devices such as vapes and cigars.

I went this liquor store. And the the gentleman that was working had his little kid out on the floor. I kid you not This 2 year old kid pat down my pockets when I got to the register. I was like did this kid just pat me down like I was a thief or something.

This is my go to liquor shop. Karma and Karna both are awesome guys--friendly, humble, and quick. Price might be felt a little too high, but if compared to that area in general, these guys have set a very reasonable number. Go there, and you won't regret!

Small but filled with great selections and sizes. If there are any questions, they can be answered. Bourbon wine, Cabernet Sauvignon was found on the shelf for my first experience of a wine that now is found in multiple Spirit retail businesses.

Caught my 16 year old son with liquor the other day and come to find out him and all his friends in the surrounding area get their liquor from altadena spirits, my son claims that the owner dosent ID them and even gives them discounts. i suggest no one support this business because they are putting our children in danger!
