Fast and friendly. The car had less than 10000 miles and was in great shape.

While the customer service was excellent, the car itself had two problems:
1. The driver's seatbelt required twisting the belt to get the latch plate in the buckle.
2. When using the windshield wiper fluid, the wipers did not do a good job at all clearing the fluid from the windshield.
