This place is a Very Unsafe, He tints windows in the parking lot of a apartment complex, someone hit my car while thereWhen I called to ask him about it he was very Rude hung up in my face. He was very unapologetic unprofessional and unconcerned I would not recommend him because the parking lot is dangerous but the Tint job looks OK but don't let the cheap prices Fool you.

Poor Service and InstallationDon't Use this person for anythingHe tints windows in the parking lot of an apartment complex and he swear it is safe but he will have scratches and dents in your vehicle then deny it.

This Guy works from home at an apartment complex and he is not a good Person. He damage my new vehicle and Lied about it.Do not trust him to be alone with your vehicle but the tint is job wasn't good.

Horrible place horrible owner. I asked 3 questions and I literally was told F*ck you. His kids crawling in and out of vehicles while working on them. Foot prints everywhere. My windshield split fro top to bottom. Unrepairable had to get new windshield the owner and the guy he was renting the building from hit into a verbal altercation. A fight and landlord kicked him out and kept all of his stored film/tint and tools. Smart guy but no need to be a p***** I asked if I got a new windshield put in could he retint it since it had split it never happened. A 2 hour job wound up being a 2 day job. Said he would wash tge car fir free since it was 2 days. Well it took 3 days and car never was washed so I just picked it up. The telling me "***** You Jon B" is the end straw for me as I just asked him if he was still tinting and I had a house that needed tint. His main bread and butter.

I called to get a quote, asked who I was speaking with first (always like to know a name) and the person from Alabama Solar Film was the rudest person. He would not give me his name, and said verbatim "we do tint, what do you want" I told him I will take my business somewhere else.

I wish there was a Zero Star rating. Alabama Solar Film listed on Groupon for car detailing. I paid $180 for 2 certificates to have my car & my god-daughter car detailed. We called to set appointments. The man who answered the phone said they no longer do business with Groupon. He said he would not honor the certificates & said I should contact Groupon to get my money back. When I asked his name he told me "that does not matter" & then he hung up on us.

This will be the 3rd vehicle that Alabama Solar Film has done for me. Steve thoroughly explains what he is going to do and is extremely proficient in what he does. I highly, highly recommend Alabama Solar Film for your automobile tinting needs. Steve is very upfront with his pricing and stands behind his work. If you have any issues at all, he will make it right. I know this because I had a small bubble come up on my tint about a week after I had it done. Contacted Steve and he, without hesitation, told me to bring my vehicle back and he'd make it right; and he did. Simply the best - hands down!

Honest Review. Be specific with what you want done to your vehicle. From the four detail options to choose, if anyone of those choices does not include a trunk, window, seat (etc.)cleaning specified in the detail you chose don't expect it to be cleaned. Again, specify actually what you want done. I had the standard detail which took four hours to complete and was satisfied with the work done. There was just one man working on my vehicle. Im a patient guy so had no problem but will prefer to drop my car off and pick it up next time around. Other than that just let the man do his job. He knows what he is doing.
