This company is an authorized Katzkin installer and I took in the vehicle to have the leather covers installed. The employee was not able install the kit. The owner claimed that Katzkin messed up the order and the covers were not done properly. The vehicle was taken to another installer and they were able to install the covers with NO ISSUES!!!!! This company lies. Do not use them. Once something goes bad, the owner turns ugly.

They seemed like they'd be more interested in getting a root canal than helping me. I suppose there aren't many businesses that do what they do so they can get away with having well below par customer service.

I had a great experience with this business. My convertible top was 18 years old and had begun to leak. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up with a brand new top on Thursday. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. I was also charged the price I was initially quoted.Service: Upholstery installation

Terrible customer service. I was told my car was too old for them to work on it. The front desk man told me my Actuator motor was broken and refused to even look at it. Then told me I should take my car to the junk yard.
