This location needs better customer service skills The Gm Brittney is very rude !!!!! They don’t communicate with each other !!! I will never again Get anything else from Aaron’sWho wants to be harassed about 80 dollars after a plan was already in motion!!! Then threaten to come to my house after only 2 days of missed payments haven’t even had the property for a whole month yet Hell not even weeks yet

Best place to go if youre just moving , re discovering up to date items, or just simply want to upgrade. This is the place for you. Got approved for a little ? No big deal, you will leave out happy . Ask Mr Ray himself, I can bet you. You will have the appliance you're looking for or something just as good .

At this location Ms. Kim is best ask for her and no one else. She is absolutely professional the sweetest person there. The floor manager is absolutely no help what so ever and cant answer and questions. Ms. Kim is the sole reason we have accounts with Aaron's. @Aarons management team , promote Ms. Kim to manager, your business will boom!!!!

This store is really unorganized. They tell you one thing on the website and another over the phone. I already signed the lease and everything and was told they were just waiting on everything to be delivered to the store.I’m still waiting on my order. I don’t want to be charged for something I haven’t even received yet. It’s hard to even get anybody on the phone.

I’m not satisfied with the service and want my money back. I order a queen mattress set two weeks ago. My order is still in pending status and I have yet to receive a call from the store for delivery.

Not sure where to begin. I love my washer and dryer, I'm also thankful I got approved for a new set since my washer went out with no heads up. I guess let's start with my order . It took me weeks to look at a ton of washers and dryers, looked at reviews, how long certain ones last the whole nine yards. I finally decided on a set and I was stoked. I ordered it on a Friday, I was sent an email or after I started the lease and paid the down payment it said someome would be in contact with me about delivery. Ok. Well I hear nothing. So mid afternoon on Wednesday I finally call them, (I work the same hours as they are open and sometimes it's hard to get away) anyway. I finally call them, and right away she says oh your washer and dryer came in on Monday but they are damaged and I meant to call you. Ok what. Monday. I get it people get busy but I cant even get an email? Ok whatever, I ask if another set can be delivered, and I was told they were out of stock and no other stores had them. Which I found it funny bevause I ended up calling other stores and looked online. They were at other locations and online. So that really irritated me. So whoever I spoke to Ok let me see what I can find like that. I don't even think she looked, because I called 2 other times and she said she hasn't found anything like it yet. Ok well obviously you aren't going to find anything just like it if it's "out of stock" but she can't find anything for me? Fine. So I go with my 2nd pick. Surprise. It's already in the store. Ok cool. Then asks if I want it delivered Friday or Saturday well I pick Saturday because that will give me more time to find someome to sit at my house to be there when the delivery is being done. Well I am then told it will be delivered between 7a-3p Ok what. So I have to find someone to sit at my house that long ? Plus I even had to pay them because that's an entire day. Well, I call first and ask if I can move the time to 4p because I'll be off work and home by then. I am told the last delivery is done at 3p. Ok paying someone it is. Well let's go to Saturday. The delivery people call me at 220 telling me they are 30 minutes from my house. Ok cool. Tell me why they didn't get there until 420p. I literally asked if they could come at 4 and was told no. Recieved a phone call but they dont show up for 2 hours. To say I was mad was an understatement. I understand getting lost or traffic but for 2 hours ? And didn't even receive a call back. Oh wait my bad they arrived at 355 and saw they needed a different plug, so they left to go get a plug then calls me, actually calls me this time to ask what plug it is, like asking for the type of numbers or something. What. I have no idea. I told him how many holes were in it because I didn't see numbers on it and I was so mad at this point I couldn't think straight. Finally they come back, and even after I tell them to come to the garage door 5 different times even when they pulled up they still go through the mud to the front door. Like dear sweet God. I had the worst experience of my life and didn't even get what I originally wanted. I'm very greatful to have a new washer and dryer but goodness. I never felt so brushed off and pushed to the side by a company in my life.

Patrick is the only reason I’m giving a 4 star! I had an actual screaming match with the manager over a recliner, she was rude and very unprofessional. I started a lease with Patrick and paid it off through Patrick. Two years I did business with him always early on my payments, I honestly thought I made my last payment in November 2021 to find out on the 15th of December that December was my last payment. I tried to explain the issue but I was talking to someone who just didn’t care! Mind you I literally made every payment 2 weeks early and never missed one, so arguing with this person wasn’t going to happen, I simply hung up. I waited a couple days, called asked if Patrick was working and when they’d say no he’s off today I’d just hang up! Keep in mind they called 4 and 5 times a day, ran my bank card twice a day! I called 4 days before Christmas and Patrick answered the phone (thank God) I explained why and what had happened he completely understood and told me he was actually worried about me (never missing or being late) he was concerned about me not the 32.00$!! I told him I’d call Christmas Eve or the following Monday with the payment and late fee totaling 56.00$ Aaron’s still called me daily, including the same day I had just discussed earlier. I finally just hung up with whoever she was. I had to block Aaron’s phone number and they continued twice a day hitting my bank account costing me every time they did! No leeway, no care whatsoever on the fact I’d never been late on my payments.I called Patrick that Monday like I had promised and paid in full. I told him what they had done, he assured me he did make a note of our conversation!Perfect example of if you do business with this store ask for Patrick he will treat you fare and respect.
