fraud all the way. estimates is no where near what they will make you pay by force at the time of deliver . I mean 200% more at the time of delivery. and police can't do shit as this company gets your signature in advance on a a paper with hidden rules . Not to forget they steal few boxes in process. This company have taught me a lesson for life. never use this company or any other moving company to get your stuff delivered . you rather trash everything and buy a new set of everything for less of the price then there charge. I hope Karma get every one of these people working for this company.

I used a Groupon for $80 for 2 hours of moving. They charged me for their drive to come to my place and leave so I really only had them for an hour. Luckily we were only moving from one apartment to another. They still ended up charging me $250 that one hour of work due to "fuel surcharges" and other bull. Then, when I walked to my new apartment I found they had left one of my pieces of furniture at the bottom of the stairs. When I went inside the movers had not put a lot of the furniture in the rooms I told them to so I had to move it again. I won't use them ever again. I know moving is expensive, but charging nearly $500 to do one hour's worth of work is ridiculous.

I had a pretty good experience with American Eagle moving and transport. My movers, Garon, Chris, and Aaron were super helpful, polite, and professional. They did an amazing job. I'd use them again. My only complaint was using vouchers I purchased through Groupon. They said they could only accept one coupon per move (understandable--it was in the fine print that I either didn't read or it didn't register), and I had purchased multiple vouchers. When I set up my second move, they accepted one of my vouchers and it was voided as "used". However; when it came time to pay, they couldn't find it and so they voided the second/extra voucher so I couldn't return the voucher to Groupon for a credit through them. Basically I was charged 2 vouchers and only received the discount for the one. The back office issues don't negate the quality of work the movers did on my job. They were fantastic and were hard workers.

They started moving my items from my old apartment to my new apartment. When they got to my new apartment, they brought up a couple of my items then completely disappeared. The office calls and says one of the workers tested positive for Covid. I said that's fine since I had it almost two weeks ago and they can wear masks. The movers still didn't show back up. I called them and they told me they were at Walmart having lunch. Ok whatever get lunch and come back. They then call again and say there was an "emergency" and they couldn't deliver my stuff. The truck was literally full of my items and I had virtually nothing at my new apartment. They refused to deliver it despite the other two workers being healthy and refused to allow me to pick up my OWN STUFF. Which I don't know about you, but I consider that theft. So here I am at my new apartment with no clothes to wear, no toothbrush, no underwear, without my medicines, and without anything else. Who knows when I'll get my items but I can say I have never met a company so unprofessional. They also refused to give me the owners number and also refused to reimburse me for items I needed while they were holding my stuff hostage. I literally don't even have a bed or blanket to sleep on! BEWARE

This is my second time using this company. As a repeat customer I'm very disappointed. I called to confirm the moving date and time on Wednesday. The move date was set for Saturday morning 11am-5pm and no one showed up or called. Then, I drove to the office and it was closed!!!!!! This is really bad business!!!

I was very pleased with my move when I used their services. I used their Groupon where it's $80 for 2 hours of moving. I was able to move in just under 3 hours so it was only $116. With the heavy furniture I was moving I thought it was well worth it. The movers were on time, had a great attitude, quick, & strong! We now have used this company twice and I plan on using them again one day!

---BEWARE DO NOT USE American Eagle Moving and Transport !!!!!!!! COMPLETE NO SHOW DAY OF MOVE OR RETURNING PHONE CALLS!!!!!!--- This is the absolute worst experience of my entire life dealing with this company!!!!!! I scheduled a move 6 weeks out. My window for pick up is 8 am to 11 am on Friday. They call me at 10 am to say "something is wrong with the truck" they did NOTHING to make other arrangements I was just rescheduled for the next day. Then Saturday morning comes when I am supposed to be moved from 8 am to 9 am. NO ONE SHOWED or even worse NO ONE EVER CALLED ME!!! Complete NO SHOW. I left 3 voicemails on their machine. I then drive to their office on 280 it is CLOSED. I NEVER RECEIVED a PHONE CALL. I had to pay so much money out of pocket to move since my lease was up I had no other choice. Monday after STILL NO CALL. Good luck to anyone trying to use these people!!

Do NOT Use This Company!!! I should have read the reviews, this is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with!!! Brought a Groupon for two men, one truck, two hours. I called about a month ago to schedule my move for today. I was told movers would be here between 8-11. I called the day before to confirm the schedule. Was told I was first on the list, they would be here today between 8-11. At 10:45 I receive a text stating "they are running late, will be there in 30-45 minutes." I called the number and was told by the driver that he JUST got the work order 10 minutes ago, and would take him at least 2-2 1/2 hours to get to me. When I spoke to the manager about my displeasure, THEY CANCELED and LEFT ME STRANDED to find another mover at the last minute. Thank you BLACK TIE MOVERS for saving me!!

Booked with this company on 9/1 for a move on 9/12. They were a no show. Probably because I purchased off Groupon. Called me at 1 asking what time and I told them I needed them at 4. He said oh we can't do that we only had two moved scheduled for today and that won't work. In the text I received when I booked said arrival window anytime between 11 and 5. No excuse. Then said he will call his manager and get back with me. Nothing. Waited two hours and finally I called him again. My Number and my husbands number was blocked. No call from a manager. I called the office 6 times in the past two days. Leaving messages every time and still no call back or anything. I'm livid. I have a 26ft truck that needed to be un-loaded after my 9 hour drive. Now I am scrambling last minute on having to find someone because y'all want to unprofessional. I hope you lose business over this and people will go with someone else because this is wrong!! Don't own a business if you can't control it. Glad I was able to get my refund through Groupon!!!! Y'all should be ashamed!!

Seriously! DO NOT USE THEM. I have used American Eagle and raved about them for my past two move. This move, which needed to be done on schedule, was very important has I didn't have wiggle room to allow for careless mistakes. My appointment time was for 11-5 pm. When I initially called at 12 PM, to inquire about ETA, I was given a time between 3/4 PM. Because I needed to show up for a close appointment, and thinking they would not get here until 3 PM, I left to handle other business. At 1 PM, they called with an 8 minute ETA. I was on my way and would probably need them to wait 5 minutes for me to arrive, which I was fine with paying for. The moving team was strongly urging for them to push my love further back so they could move a later appointment (probably scheduled between 5-11) before mine. I did not agree to this but apparently this was communicated to their head department. The moving team proceeds to the next appointment and when I called the head office to inquire their whereabouts, I was told that I gave them the clearance to make this call. Expressing my extreme disappointment, there were no resolution and no ETA. It is now passed my appointment time and the movers are nowhere to be found. I'm so disappointed and will NEVER use them again. If I had the option to cancel, lose the money I prepaid, and find someone else to move me today, I would. I
