I'm a sixty eight year old veteran living at Crestview Appartmets. I reported to the rental office the other day that my acc had went out. I suffer from chronic breathing problems so this made it worse. The secretary as if I wanted to set in the office which I thought was so polite. On the same day I reported this they had a serviceman there that evening, which quickly repaired my ac. I just wanted to say Thank You

Christina at the office was great and super helpful with all of my questions and concerns. The maintenance staff were also super helpful and efficient. Just moved in a month ago or so but I'm loving it so far!

Lease says no vicious dogs but lot of people have pit bulls. When someone gets bit and sues the owner I guess they will win. Dog waste stinks and is EVERY WHERE! We need more security cameras! Rent is way high for this dirtyness! Office people nice but they need to hire more workers.

The service at this apartment complex is amazing, and I love the layout! The property manager, Christina, is great to work with and very attentive. Definitely recommend!

Worst apartment I have experienced. Gunshots, old and broken-down appliances, constant smell of weed. Since the start of my lease, multiple issues which have been promised to have fixed have never been fixed. Over 9 months of being lied to regarding these issues, I would never renew my lease here. On top of that they just raised the rent for these "newly renovated" apartments. They are obviously renovating which was made clear by the sound of power tools being used from 9am until 9pm. I would highly advise moving into this complex.

Spacious, Clean, safe and affordable! I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. The management came in and did some great work. My apartment is updated, very stylish open modern design. I love it! The workers do a great job keeping the community clean and are helpful when you need them. I will be renewing my lease come june.

My boyfriend leases from here. They do not care about your problems. They are too busy overcharging certain people. His rent is more than anyone else living here right now. They do not come when called. The office number has both of our number BLOCKED. They say they are renovated but far from it. Dry rotted under the counters, roaches and squatters everywhere. As much as they are charging him for rent, you’d think they’d have security posted outside 24/7. If you are thinking about it, don’t.

The Crestview Apartments are a great place to live. I’ve been living in this place for years. I have absolutely no complaints. It's quiet, peaceful and the people are very nice and welcoming. ROCO Real Estate is always one call away..I recommend you check out the property if you’re looking for something new. The staff, tenants and management clearly doesn’t disappoint. I would like to thank the Crestview Apartments for their management. The management has been beyond perfect with providing me and the other tenants with excellent service. I’ve been living here for a few years and I’m blown away by the service. Roco Real Estate does a great job at maintaining the grounds. The property is very peaceful, youthful and if any problem occurs they’ll be very quick to fix any thing without question. If you’re looking for a building to move in then this is the perfect place!
