This store is always busy and always understaffed. I used the Walgreen’s express online to pay in advance. “Skip the line,” it says. “Use your code at the dedicated in store express line,” it says. There is no such express line here. You still have to stand in the very slow moving line as always. There’s a dozen other customers in line. So here I am back in the drive thru line.

I called this Walgreens store several times in one hour and was put on hold for over 25 minutes for the pharmacy.The first call someone picked up the phone and placed it on the counter,when I said hello,someone put me on hold. I called the store back four times after back to back. On the fifth called, I ask to speak to the store manager and made a complaint,she connected me to the pharmacy again just to be put on hold again.This is the worst store and staff I have ever interacted with.Very unprofessional,slow,and unreliable.All I was trying to do was get information for my aunt's meds. When I finally got them on the phone, they lied to me about my aunt's prescription.My aunt and I were told two different stories about her meds.Please don't go to this store,you won't get the help you need and I will be going to another pharmacy for my meds and shopping needs.People time and money are just as valuable as Walgreens want our money.

Yay! This pharmacy is great! I need a new COVID immunization, and tried another pharmacy that wouldn't take my insurance. Ironically, they accept the exact insurance for my spouse... So, I came here. No problem! I received quick service. The medical personnel was quick, efficient, and friendly. I will be switching to Walgreens from CVS. Far better experience!
