Went in for an insurance claim for cosmetic issues, came back with electrical issues throughout my truck. It was there for over 2 months and still not fixed. Just left another Ford dealership to find out filters aren't plugged in under my truck oil plugs stripped completely. After having them check for issues with an oil leak. Anyone looking for work on their Ford vehicle should 100% look anywhere else other than Town and Country. I have never felt like I was being completely scammed as much as I do here. Now to get more work fixed at another dealership.

Great people to do business with if you have any collision problems and they will talk with you and take the time to look at what situation you have and explain what needs to be done.Parking can be a little bit difficult as they stay busy. Shop is very clean and well organized.

Terrible experience. Took a month longer than discussed. Absolutely horrible communication, no one returns calls or emails. Left me with an ant infestation in my truck, never returned my lug socket and now I’ve got a decal pealing off with again no return communication.

Hate to be stereotypical but if I could do no stars I would. This is ridiculous. I am currently still waiting to get my car back from this collision center, they have had it for 16 days. It was a simple repair though insurance that they had to pre order before I dropped the car off. I have been treated like a child at 22 years old. They lady is extremely rude at all times to the point I had to have other people call for me. I was constantly given an “end date” that got moved. They have had it for a week longer than they are suppose to. They do not care at all that they are keeping people from seeing family for holidays. I am so disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLES HERE. I am so disappointed and disturbed by this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was happy with the mechanical repair but they wouldn't do the front end collision repair saying that the don't fix RV's although the front of the RV is a Ford E350 and is basically a truck front end. Their website says that they service all makes and models...not this time

Took my car in and after a month I still do not have my car. It took two weeks for it to be painted 1 week for it to be ready to be painted and currently is taking over a week after paint for the car to be ready.Service: General repairs & maintenance
