Thanks for getting me in and out so quickly! The charges were very reasonable too. Everyone was knowledgeable courteous and efficient. I was distraught about the damage a pot hole did to the car I borrowed from my niece. They were sympathetic and did what they could to get it back to a safe car. Turns out, my niece did the damage the day before and hadn't told me! Lol

Ran over an Allen wrench today while driving. Heard the air coming out of my tire. Rushed to the nearest tire place. Guys were busy but worked me in. Austin was great very professional. The guys there were working hard and trying to get people taken care of as fast as possible. Great customer service. Keep it up.

Hi. Sadly, I visited this Mavis location to have them evaluate a rumbling feedback I had begun to feel after hitting a road pothole. Rather than address my explicit request, they immediately began trying to sell me four new tires, even though I made it clear that two of my tires were relatively new. After the first sales pitch- which took nearly 10 minutes- they pressed on for another seven minutes trying to sell until I reiterated my original request, at which point they answered my question in under a minute. I had a much better experience at a Mavis in another city, but this was notably time-wasting service.

Took my truck in for a front end alignment before trip to Washington State. I had the left front tire wearing a little on the inside. I drove 3000 miles to Washington State and when I got there both tires we're wearing on the inside had to get another front end alignment and two new front tires before returning to Alabama.

Don't get a flat tire at the end of their workday. Came off the interstate with a flat tire. Stopped in and needed my tire fixed and they were supposed to close at 6 and it was around 5:45. They told me we can't do it. Not nice had to find somewhere else and ruined my tire completely.

Horrible experience!!!! I purchased 4 new tires. Drove straight home and into my garage. The next morning my tire was flat. Went back and they found something in my tire, so they patched it. Looked at the parking lot and picked up many screws, wires and other sharp objects so others would not run over them. The next morning, the tire was flat again. We took the tire off and looked ourselves and found a defect in the sidewall of the tire. When I took it back, they told me it was from running over something and I did not get road hazard (which I don't remember declining). How do you run over something with the side of your tire? The manager was very rude about it. I will never step foot back in ANY location owned by these people. This $50 tire has cost them quite a bit of business already. I hope others will not have the same experience if you choose to do business with crooks.

They will rip you off don't go there and less you have plenty of money they will charge you double I took my car there on Saturday afternoon when there was no other place to fix it they charged me double learned this from going to my normal mechanic he told me they take advantage of me and that it would have been half of the price don't go there I saw the guy came in with the auto parts that he brought from a auto parts store in which brand name so I called the auto parts place to ask them how much the parts were it was $50 more when I called them they said that they were charged 30% more basically they lied or they're just building the price they will rip you off go to a regular mechanic
