I called here on 5/6/21 ready to purchase a brand new suburban. When they transferred me to sales I spoke with Donnie who said he'd let me know if the 2 suburbans were on the lot. He never called back, so I waited 2 hours and called back for the sales manager who didn't answer. After that I called again and this time I spoke with Pat who said he would check as well and call me back. Shocker he did not call back either!! The next day 5/7/21 to put my theory to the test, I had my husband call and ask if the suburbans were available. He spoke with Brian who went to check and immediately called him back. By then 1 had been sold and the other, their stock holder was out driving around for the next 5 days. So in a nutshell this is a sexist dealership who clearly thinks a woman cannot be taken serious nor can she close a deal on her own. Time is money and if I was the manger at premier I would want to know who was costing my business not only money but other future sales. Donnie & Pat need to go because clearly they're not interested in selling 62k + vehicles. I'm now happy with my new purchase that I went out and got on 5/7/21 at a different dealership. Steer clear of these people they aren't in the business of aiming to help or please their customers. Bunch of chauvinistic jerks!
