garbage equiptment with customer support ending after 7 years.they don"t expect the equiptment they sell to last vey long

They don't want to be bothered. Trying to locate parts, and because the case is 13 years old, they don't want to help. They only want people buying new cases from them. Customer service can't get any worse than these people.
