This store is often closed with no explanation during business hours. Poorly stocked and very transient employees. Often has old merchandise on shelf and very little of that. Managers rarely last long so there’s no continuity or responsibility if a customer has a problem. Sally’s needs to fix it or close it permanently

Visited at 1:05pm on Tuesday, there were closed for inventory. No sign posted, warning or advance notification-very disappointing.

Went in to get a bottle of cantu apple cider vinegar with tea tree, told the lady I didn't need help and she proceeded to follow me in the aisle I'm in and ask what I'm looking for. I’ve got social anxiety so having the lady ignore my request was not cool. I quickly left the store without what I came for. I didn’t even get the chance to look at the other products Sally's had to offer.

I am very disappointed in my visit today. The clerk never spoke to us, was sitting in the corner on her phone the whole time and then when it was time to check out she was clearly sick.

I purchased some color in Dec of 2020 and was told no returns at the time but save my receipt and when they did start taking returns it would be honored. I called here and there and was told on Feb 28 they were taking returns. I told them the date on the receipt. They said it was ok. So I drive over there the next day only to be told they can't do it. There were 2 girls and after I presented my return to the girl at the counter she told me she didn't know how to do it. Then the other girl left. She never asked her for help. She told me to come back another day when her manager was there. I asked her to call someone. She said ok but asked to ring up someone else before that. They told me it didn't matter what I was told when I bought it or what they told me over the phone, they could only give me a gift card. For the majority of the time I was there, the girl behind the register stood there staring at me bc she didn't know what to do. And they didn't honor the policy they said they would.

I thought I'd give Sally's a chance today to see if they carried my spray-on hair conditioner The shelves were stocked well. I even found a whisper hair dryer! Everyone wore a mask and we tried to social distance as much as possible, but the aisles are narrow. They do not carry my hair conditioner darn it But I will come back again. You should check it out too!

The workers that were in there the day I went are really nice and helpful. However it would be very helpful if there were prices on the shelves and more in stock. There's only two people working at a time and helping people it's difficult to have to ask someone for a price every time you find something you may like. I had to search most everything on the website to find prices for the stuff that was actually in stock. Most of the nail isle was bare. It could be due to the pandemic I'm not sure. But the prices not being there is not.

I have always loved to get all my hair products or needs at Sally's Beauty now the only problem is today I went & one girl was on her phone the other just didn't care terrible customer service they where no help I would say it is time for new employees definitely‼️

Customer service is really hit or miss here. I have went in and been helped quite well there then on another trip I was barely acknowledged at all. The last trip I made there was the end of the line with this store though. I won't be returning. I am glad they do have some employees who aim to help customers although the ones who do not leave you frustrated especially when you are a paying customer.
