It’s sad I had to wait ten days for a scheduled appointment. I should not have to wait this long to have a repair service. Took time off to make sure I was home in the allotted time. No call and no show. The total lack of respect truly has left me speechless. This is not how you treat your customers. When a time and day is given, have some respect and keep the person updated. Call the number given to only get a recorded message of the “high volume” of calls. This is unacceptable. DO BETTER!!!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0 IF I COULD. A TECHNICIAN WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT TODAY 2/6/2024 BETWEEN 8-12 DID IT HAPPENED NO!!! NO PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE THEY MIGHT AS WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEY DON'T LIKE TO PICK UP THERE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!

Worst repair company ever! They keep giving us the run around and won’t fix our stove. They have the parts but won’t fix it. The stove is less than 4 months old. I would never recommend them.

They didn't show up the appointment 1/31/24. Also, no one called to apologize or reschedule. I received an email to reschedule in two weeks. I don't think so. Terrible service!Then in their response to my review, they made up a story about coming to my house and calling me to let me know the tech was there. No one every called me.

This has truly been one of the worst experience I have had with customer service in a long time. My dishwasher went out and I had an extended warranty and was referred to this organization only to be 90 days removed and still without a working dishwasher. They have one technician that blocks your number and cancels constantly and forces you to reschedule but everytime you reschedule they have a 3-4 week waitlist. I have now been forced to pay for the part on my own for $350 versus continuing to wait for them to do their commitment to whirlpool and Home Depot as a warranty service provider.

This company has given us the run around for the past 2 months. We’ve been without a dryer that’s still under warranty and this is the company that’s supposed to fix products that are still under warranty? My goodness! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Very unhappy with Whirlpool and S&S. Our "new" refrigerator that we paid good money is faulty and this has gone on for months. We've had numerous service visits and it still doesn't work. A tech looked at the unit last week and supposedly diagnosed the problem and we were told the parts were ordered and the tech confirmed he would fix it yesterday. As of yesterday we found out the parts weren't actually ordered and our refrigerator couldn't be fixed. We were then told the earliest the techinician can return is Feb 12 which is not acceptable. We request a refund!!!

Ron did a great job fixing my Whirlpool Stove’s cooktop. Quick and easy! He was professional from coming to diagnose the issue to completing the job. Communication was on point the entire time from beginning to end, even during the delays caused by winter weather. I will use these guys from now on for any repair needs for my home appliances! Thank you Ron!

No follow through or communication. We received the run around just to find out our claim had been closed.We purchased a protection plan for a washer and dryer bought in 2021. We have frequent issues with the dryer and decided to file a claim using the protection plan we purchased with the set. S&S was contracted by the company to assess and complete the repair. It took well over a month for the assessment and then we were told the repair would have to be "approved". We have attempted contact with S&S multiple times since then, with no response. We contacted the company we purchased the plan through and determined the claim has been closed and they will be sending out a different repair company. Based on other reviews and BBB complaints this seems to be a common occurrence.In response to the "Response from owner": A service person came to my house and informed us that the dryer has a broken motor. They then stated they would have to receive an "approval" for the repair. My husband spoke to your front office staff multiple times and also left many messages over the last month and a half. There is no "discrepancy" as stated in your response.
