Great customer service and they did a great job on my nails! Gave me exactly what I wanted. SNS manicure with tips was $50. Bring cash if you can, to avoid paying a credit card fee.

This is my new favorite place. I had a wonderful experience here! Staff was super friendly. Walked in and had someone help me right away. Tim did a great job on my nails. I got sns with tips. Planning to go back for my wedding nails!

I went in for a gel pedicure and sns dip manicure. I walked out very disappointed. Polish was very sloppy on pedicure and the manager coughed the whole time he did my nails and his hands were warm. I felt very uncomfortable along with not being satisfied with neither pedi or or mani

I went in for a fill on my nails and from the previous visit my nails started to lift. As they were getting ready to do the fill, I pointed out that there were a couple of them that had lifted and they needed to clip the lifted part off before proceeding. They ended up being very thick and bumpy. Not worth the $55 I paid.Fast forward to about 10 days after my visit and almost every single nail had lifted completely. I was more than disappointed. I went to a different salon to get them fixed and they couldn't believe how terrible of a job they had done. I will NOT be back.

My favorite nail salon in Hoover! They can always get me in as a walk-in, SO friendly, and do an excellent job! I will definitely keep coming back. I also believe they started doing a rewards system for regulars so that's a plus!

I made my daughter an appointment for a pedicure. She is a new mom and has twin newborn babies at home. She showed up for her appointment early and no one acknowledged her at all as she waited. After waiting for almost a half an hour she told them she would have to leave. It caused her great anxiety to leave the babies and then not be seen on time for her appointment. As a matter fact she would have been seated 30 minutes after her appointment time!! I called and spoke with the owner. She apologized but offered nothing else for the inconvenience.

Love the owners & employees - very kind! They do a great job, never make you feel rushed, & I always leave with what I had in mind for my nails. I've come here for years & never had any issues. It being a beautiful & peaceful environment is just a plus.

I am sorry but I've not been pleased with my services here and I've been twice. The first time it was ok except my nail shape was not to my liking and I ask her to correct it but she could only do so much. The 2nd time I went the guy (who I guess is the owner) left me with lumpy, uneven nails and he cut me to the point I was bleeding on my right pinky but my left pinky as well. I know I was the last person there, but everyone deserves the same good service. I only came here bc it was convenient but now I will avoid at all cost!
