Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere with experience. They may be a little cheaper than others but when you have an issue with the work or products they do not back it up.

We've been using the Quick Lane here for several years. On top of working on a couple minivans and our Expedition, they're the only place I can find that will work on my 2005 Jaguar. They have no problem using parts I provide. The labor charges are very fair and reasonable to me.We will keep coming back here for all our services.

Stopped in a couple weeks ago while on vacation (on a Saturday) to get my tires balanced on my Ram 1500 and I have nothing but good to say about the services I received. The young lady working (Mary I believe) was very professional and I could tell she enjoyed her job. I have been in automotive service over 17 years from Technician to Management and I can tell you she definitely is an asset to your establishment! The service technicians were polite and professional as well. By the way my first stop was the Ram dealer across the way and they couldn't get me in for 3 hours and suggested me going to the Ford Quick Lane and I am thankful they did.Service: Tires

My experience with this company was fine however. Upon getting my oil changed again I was unable to do so due to the mishandling of my vehicle and using the wrong tools, I am unable to get my oil changed. When I confronted them about this they lied to me claiming that they never used those tools on my vehicle. They then said unless I can bring the vehicle in (which I cannot) they won’t do anythingService: Oil change

I got there at 7 am they didn't move my car until 7:30. Not very quick. Everyone was just standing around. I asked the manager why were they taking so long to start. His excuse was sometimes they move slow. Not a good answer for someone trying to get to work. It haven't always been like that.

One Young Lady at counter check in.She was very pleasant and helpful considering people kept coming in .Got the Wife's Truck Serviced .they had me in and out less than a hour.plenty of Techs and they were staying busy getting them in and out.And not standing around talking about what they did last night! And i really Appreciate That..Great Job and Service

This quick lane service isn’t quick, and I would say quick is just a word here. The service department doesn’t try to get you in and out fast. You just need to go to express oil change instead. This was a sad service experience. I probably won’t come back here, nor would I recommend it to anyone else!Service: Oil change
