I need someone to explain to me why you talk ugly to the customer. A robot will have your job in a couple of years. I went to the Hueytown Branch. The teller was mad about me correcting her about my last name. Then it went from there to my signature on my licenses that I just got yesterday. Don't match what I signed today. Just crazy. I will not be going to that branch again. I called the corporate office and spoke with three different people one person hung up on me. This world is really declining in every area.

Been in line in the drive through for over 30 minutes and was only the 3rd car back still waiting. There is only 1 drive through lane open , sad that businesses use Corona virus for short staffing as an excuse for poor service.

Security guard is nice. Tellers are expedient. ATM is sloooow. Should have card readers on counter for ease of transactions.
