"Wow must be nice having a gift card and not having to spend your money on all these items. Want to use some of it to donate then?" --this was her comment to me. I find that really odd..They treat their fish, hermit crabs, small animals like garbage. Temperatures aren't right and the creatures seem miserable. Sometimes you will find some dead. Hermit crabs need heat and humidity at a 80/80 ratio. They keep it around 60 and no humidity. Poor creatures. They care nothing for their animals and get them from nasty mills. Take a look at the betta fish in the small cups next time. YIKES...ONE POSITIVE: I love their groomers. I would definitely find the one with the most experience, but they have always been caring with my animals. I love PetSmart for that reason only. They do well with your dogs.”
