Poor store management, toxic environment.
I second what was previously said about store manager Wayne;
Rude egotistic power trip, if you ask him about a part and you are not one of his buddy’s or a commercial account he will usually find a excuse to turn you away,
Wayne is very short with people when it comes to hydraulic hoses, get into somthing where you are having to explain and describe, and he will all but call you stupid.
Wayne never comes up to the front counter,
Employees Joannie and Corry were having a conversation with me, to witch Wayne noticed who I was and came up front, he then decided to get in the middle of everyone, I asked him how he was doing and he ignored me. He sat there with a hateful stare, the same fittings he told me were impossible to get I went downtown and had Carlos make them.
I will not be back in any napa until management does somthing about him, bessemer has a major turn over.

These guys know there stuff , if they can't get it I don't think anyone else could. There a little high than some of there competitors, but you get higher quality parts. I guess the ol saying is right u get what u pay for....

Useless store, lazy employees especially if you're a delivery driver avoid. If the guy named Wayne is in there leave he's a complete jerk.

Great people to work with and good products. Willing to help find the right prats you need. No longer open on Sundays even though the store hours say they are.

Joel and the team at this Napa always go above and beyond to make sure we get the parts we need to take care of our vehicles. All of the employees in this store are very friendly and courteous.

This place is wonderful, I needed a part for my wife's car and couldn't find it anywhere. Called up trusty ok Napa and sure enough they had me taken care of.
