Went in the store to ask about their bring your own phone plan that was advertised on the front window. They attempted to sign me up for a higher phone plan regardless of me pointing out the display in their store and then when he asked which phone I was going to use (a Samsung Note 20) him and his co worker looked at each other and proceeded to poke fun at me and the phone about how old it was and tried to convince me to upgrade. I told them nevermind and left.

I wasn't impressed with this location of Metro . We've been with Metro for over 7 years and I went in to get a phone upgraded except I found out that they had changed the rules and everybody could get an upgrade for full retail price.. 7 years of being a loyal customer buys you nothing here. It gets you nothing. They wanted over $350 dollars for a standard phone. No discounts were offered. I was treated like I was nothing special and more of a bother as far as customers go.As I stood there a man walked in and said he wanted to get two phones. They asked if he was a new customer and he said yes .. you should have seen the instant attitude change. They started smiling, became friendly and rushed from behind the desk to assist this customer. They said to him"well we can offer you two of the top of the line models for the phone for free and they offered to wave multiple charges." Short story he walked away with two of the best phones, had them connected and all of the accessories for less than half of what they wanted for an upgrade phone for me ,a customer of 7 years, to buy.Long story short. . If you're an old customer Metro could care less about you. My business was of no value to them. The inventory stock was very low. If you're a new customer you can count on VIP treatment.I have never felt more disrespected than I did in this store.

I would literally give this place a negative five stars if I could. The most unhelpful people in customer service to date. I've been a customer for 8 years. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you just like throwing money away!!!!

Great place to get a phone but when they show there hours are Friday 9am to 8pm and it's 6:54 don't try to call the store because nobody answere a phone I cant get an expert on the phone to tell them my problem I'm having at all
