Switched day of Black Friday and even with all the people inside I still got great service amazing staff always and was not in there but 10 minutes and I was buying a phone amazing service if you have any problems you won’t after you talk to mo always has a great attitude and wants to give you the best deals possible... read full comment

Very smooth experience switching from one phone company to Metro. I might add that they have inexpensive phone options. The higher tech phones feature exceptional cameras and plenty of memory, but I don't need those features. It cost less per month for my new monthly plan than I had previously.
