Had 2 bad experiences in the same day!!! This morning they didn't have any change and the girl got smart with me about it, I was trying to pay my phone bill, came back after work, she's in there flirting with a guy while I'm waiting to get my phone bill paid! I was just waiting and waiting and waiting until I walked out

the morning employee is very despotic, she runs you out of the place, speaks badly and treats you with a bad face. poor service from bessemer employees.

I advise anyone looking to get a cell phone to avoid this retailer they have terrible service, they will lie to you about the service of their phones,you will be paying a bill for 4G but I guarantee you you won't receive 4G service the phones are just awful, constantly dropping calls, at times not letting you make calls, hard to receive pictures and send them, just avoid MetroPCS, just because they are partnered with T-Mobile does it mean you're going to get good service, that's how they try to get you in the door making you think you're getting T-Mobile, but you're not, you're getting basic cheap service for a T-Mobile price!!

Had a relative go into store to make payment of 43.00. Customer service agent in store went into my account changed plan and my pin. This is not acceptable and so unprofessional. I could not log into my plan details on MetroPCS app. They don't deserve oa star at all.

I like to support local business in my area but when the employees aren't knowledgeble thats very discouraging. I've visited four or five stores and at one the clerk was high and no help at all. The phones are ok but doesn't last very long.
