Dave always takes good care of me when I have a concern. I strongly suggest going during business hours because their trucks are parked inside the gate with the units If you go after hours, you won't be able to pull up to your storage depending on where it's located.

I always be treated with respect and concerns with any help i may need from them. I also have been doing business with them for over 10 years and referred them to family and friend I have known the manager Dave for years and he has always assisted me with a kind and sincere and courteous manner and the other associates also treat me well also I would not switch locations,Thank you Ms MartinP.S. need more stars

The best damn truck rental company ever.. They get you in and out, you're not held up at this truck rental place all day answering crazy questions. And the staff are very friendly and welcoming. You won't go wrong with choosing this moving company.

Very nice gentleman, I forget their names, they got me in and out and time to make it to work4/9/23- inconvenienced because I could not get in the gate to access my unit, if locks are changed an email.needs to be sent to the tenets who PAY for storage, hopefully this will not be an issue in the future

Metro was paid up . rent another from U-Haul . Metro Mini Storage when they took that truck that cost me more money and left me broke for no reason . like most people they paid their bills so and I do the same thing pay mine . people don't keep their word screw you over what this company Metro Mini
