If the kids running the store knew about customer service, actual retail & value ... it could be a good place. Small town storefront, Big city prices. I'm not cheap when it comes to quality but when you have no customer assistance and the lack of effort with sales. While you came for something there in specific cash in hand. I totally backed out on my sale when I got the "ready to get off work attitude". I appreciate the small town availability for sneakers fans but have a little more enthusiasm if your about to sell a 1500$ pair of shoes...

Very responsive and as helpful as possible. Only thing is I wished they would have attempted or asked if I wanted to check another store for the shoe.

Probably some of the worst customer service I ever experienced. Went in the store to buy and sell shoes and literally felt like I was unwanted there. Not sure if they were having a bad day but a customer should never feel unwanted.

Drove down their just for it to be closed no store number to call to make sure their open but it suppose to close at 5 on sundays from what the store hours say????
