Keith acts pathetic towards commercial clients and actually would and probably is losing Lowe's Bessemer a lot of business. Very rude and arrogant guy. I spend over $300,000 a year as a Pro member and he doesn't represent the company well at all. Making C Suite executives like myself question my loyalty to Lowe's. I had to get national account sales involved Jamil and Keith acted pathetic towards him too. Finally Marcus helped out and did a price match. Hopefully this review is looked at seriously. Also system showed 4 items in inventory when in reality the store had 13. Of course Keith didn't care there was an inventory issue or to raise it to upper management. Unfortunately, the GM was on vacation.

I ordered a washer, dryer and refrigerator and this store delivered 2 items and said I placed the order for pickup on the washer. Why would they do that? Now I have to wait another day for it to be delivered and they could care less. Don’t order from here. It took 6 calls to get through to them, they kept hanging up on me.

First let me begin by stating I frequent this Lowe’s very often and typically have no issues . On this Saturday June 22, 2024 however I was extremely disappointed !
My husband visited the store at approximately 3.30 PM to purchase 24 pieces of 12 foot Sheetrock . Upon entering he inquired on where he can go to pick up the Sheetrock. The cashier directed him to the area but informed him that there were forklift drivers available in the whole store today. As my husband walked toward the front of the store he ran into the store manager and reiterated his request for Sheetrock. The manager also explained that they were unable to load any Sheetrock as they had no employees available to operate the forklift !!!!
On a busy Saturday in the middle of the afternoon, it is not sad and unfortunate that the management does not see fit to satisfy its customers within a community for which services ! Terrible service ! Shame on you Lowe’s management !

I hate having to shop for appliances but today I was in need of a new stove. Linda was a big help since I had many questions and concerns. She was also very patient and explained everything perfectly. She sure made my day. I am very thankful for her.

In there every day. Courteous, helpful, fast. Wide variety. Great for "must haves". Reasonable prices/good bargains.

My absolute favorite place!!! Love just going to look at the flowers and the clearance aisle. I always find something to buy. Very clean and well kept.

Lowes keeps their electrical cable in a locked fence. Takes 20 minutes to get someone to unlock the fence then they carry up to the register like your some kind of a thief. I go into the store at least five times a week. Today was my last.

Shopping a different location, but the store is clean and well organized.
