Overall good experience but everything about the lifetime drivetrain warranty needs to be told by the salesman before you get to finance and the lady tells you that you have to buy a 3900$ 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty to get the lifetime drivetrain warranty. When I said something to the salesman as we were leaving, he seemed to not know anything about it. ??♂️

My wife and I looked for a good used second vehicle in our area online and nothing was really for what we were looking for. Everything seemed too high mileage or not at a reasonable price. Until we looked at Brady Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It was a 2 hour drive but, man was well worth it when my wife ran across this Jeep Renegade with 25k miles. She got in contact with Fred Williams we set the time to test drive and fell in love. Thanks a million Fred Williams to you and the finance department for the excellent experience and one awesome Jeep Renegade

This dealership does not require it's sales force to be respectful of customers. A sales person named Tiwana wanted me to come into the dealership. I indicated that I'm 1 1/2 hour away. She cut me off at the knees stating (with attitude) "we not going to go back and forth over the phone".
Not exactly the way to encourage me to purchase the vehicle I intended to purchase.

What a Great Day ! @ Brady Chrysler Dodge ! Called & visited 3 Different Dodge Stores in the Last few Weeks .Today I Finally got the Deal & Car I have Been looking for .What a pleasure to Do Business From Complete Dealership that knows How to Treat you Right ! ,from the Lunch they went an got us to everything they did for us ! The Customer Service was a Solid 10 ,I met Mr Brady an he thank me for my Business & I felt good when I left there ! Not like the other Dealerships Mad ,Frustrated, Disappointed an just Disgusted! I just wish I could only do a half star for the terrible service I received from this awful dealership! I will never send anyone I know looking for a reasonable dependable car to this place. There's a whole building full of liars that will keep giving you the run around until you get tired of the lies and demand your down payment back. They believe in false advertising just to get you in. It's a complete circus, so don't waste your time there!

Great selection of new & used vehicles.
Great sales ppl, friendly, not pushy, & very knowledgeable. If they can't answer your questions they'll find someone there that can.
Overall pleasant buying experience.
We financed 2 gently used vehicles from them on the same day.
Thanks especially to Joey, Francois, Tawanna, David, & Mr. Brady; however the entire staff was so friendly & helpful, & we greatly appreciated it!

I will leave an okay review because we did have good service but, We came to a payoff event in hopes of getting my old vehicle paid off and were told “yes we can pay your car off”. Recieved our first bill on our new vehicle that we purchased through this dealership and come to find out they rolled it all over into my new vehicle when that was not what we were told. I assumed some would have to be rolled but we are now almost $25k upside down after thinking going here for a “pay off event” was a good idea. I’ve debated on making a review but didn’t want this to happen to anyone else.
