I got a car accident at the beginning of January, and the faulty part has a Kemper Insurance, and this is THE WORST COMPANY ever seen, Adjuster Janette Hernandez-Archbold was so rude with me all the time. My car was 4 weeks at the body shop, but I asked her about rental car just for 2 weeks. She told me that I could proceed with my rental car and that they would reimburse the total amount once I provided the rental receipt. The total receipt for 2 weeks were $701, but they only agreed to pay $28 per day for the rental, which is impossible to find any car for this amount. So I just paid $395. I wanted to talk with her supervisor, Dariela Rodriguez, which I tried to call hundreds of times and left a voice mail, but she never replied back. So why I should pay out of pocket if I'm not a faulty part. Currently, I'm looking for an attorney. I will not leave out the issue as is!Claim #: 2312350685701

Horrible insurance! Got in an accident and for some.reason my claim was closed just a month after the incident. Im trying so much to resolve this and no one seems to care. Talked to many representives just to be transferred to others . Either I'm directed to a voicemail box in which these ppl never bother calling back after leaving a humble message, or sent to a line.that just hangs up. This company is truly a dead end when it comes to accidents. I'm on the verge of taking legal action if nothing gets done. What ever may happen I will update.
