“This is my got to gas station for at least 3 years. The fuel is great quality and has kept my 17 year old van running smoothly. Even though my vehicle has an oxygen sensor problem, she still runs smoothly and it keeps my engine clean.The employees are always nice and the place is clean and organized. Though I cannot say how the experience is at night, as I always come here in the mornings and the latest is around 6.The price is as good as it can get in this economy at the current time; on a 1/4 of my tank, $25 - $30 will fill it up and I only fill it once a week.”

“The cashier is very kind and courteous every time I stop when I happen to be on this side of town. The store is clean,well stocked, and laid out where everything is easy to see. The bathrooms are clean which is a big deal to me. This is not one of those small, crowded stores that feels dark and dirty. It is bright, well lit, and the day cashier is very friendly. Prices are comparable with every other station in the area. I will return again my next time through the area.”

“The long gray haired employee needs to keep her rude comments to herself. If a customer gets mad because I bought the last of a certain brand cigarettes not my problem. Told her I see it as first come first serve basis. She told me well you’ll just kill yourself first. WTH?! She was literally ticked off because I bought the last carton. I go in there every week.”

“Absolutely the best gas station in Hueytown!! The staff is friendly and they love to see repeat customers! I honestly feel valued here and the products are fresh! They offer the best discounts in regards to their rewards program! The restroom is available for use unlike other gas stations in Hueytown. I look forward to Murphy's being my only gas station for business! You guys rock and keep being cool! Other businesses in Hueytown like to make their own rules aside from corporate. They focus on employees. Not this place, Murphy's actually focuses on having customers and not just keeping the place open just to say they have a business. Keep up the fantastic work y'all!”

“The women are very friendly who work there. I enjoy going in. It's not only a shopping experience but a visit too.However, there's one young man that works the register at times.He makes my visit unpleasant when he's there. He's on his cell phone ,having conversations and it's very hard to know who he is speaking with. Me( as he should ) or the person on the phone .It's the person on the phone .They are loud ,etc.....And the guy that's drinks beer in the parking lot , he drives a lawnmower.He's obnoxious. There's a time and place for alcohol, in front of a business is not one.I've passed on by several times when he's been there.”
