I typically use FMS pharmacy for package pickup. The customer service from the staff here is a rare find. They all greet you gladly and are so eager to assist. Even though I don't particularly shop here or pick up meds, I've seen them interact with other customers who do and they are consistent in their kindness and efficiency. They are attentive and seem to have a good rapport with their customers (They seem to know their regulars by name). The store is always clean and presentable and it just feels nice to walk into a place feeling welcomed and comfortable to shop and get what you need. It's also refreshing to meet and interact with a friendly staff that cares about the job they are doing and helping others.

I am new to Alabama, and so I started getting prescriptions with ones I recognized like CVS and Walgreens. But since I lived closer to FMS, I decided to try them out, and I am SO glad that I did! I have never been treated better, or even AS good as I have there. Even when I had a few hiccups with things like needing a PA for a prescription, they took excellent care of me. You will never be sorry that you chose them.

Great staff helpful in every way they can. They make sure you know everything regarding your prescriptions. I left a major chain to join FMS and I will never leave I love the down home atmosphere and family vibe.

I can't say enough about this independent pharmacy. It's the Chill's of their industry. The staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The owner runs a well oiled business that reflects his passion to provide an outstanding service to is customers. He's always looking for ways to be more efficient, effective and help his market. Yes, I have to work around their 6 pm closing time but I would rather start my errands there rather than trust my needs to the big chains that don't know me. If I printed how he earned my trust everyone would want the same treatment but he went the extra step to assist me that I know no other business man would do.

I've been using this Pharmacy for approx. 8 months and I wonder what took me so long to give them my business. They deliver your meds when you need them to, a true blessing. They have the best prices in town and the staff is truly amazing. Each time I walk into the door I find something new. Now they are an Official Site for The Protein Weight Loss Program, its great. I wish I could afford it. I can't say enough good things about FMS.
